About Lauren Zavaletta Photography

Lauren Zavaletta

Owner/Photographer

I am an adventurous wedding and elopement photographer passionate for capturing all that I can of God’s beauty and goodness. I am currently based in Portland, Oregon and I have been happily married to my husband for almost 4 years now, taking on the world with our newborn daughter and two-year old German Shepherd puppy!!

I work best capturing moments of sincerity and genuine passion between you and your loved one(s). I believe in being goofy, spontaneous, imperfect, and honest. My secret recipe to capturing the perfect moment is literally just working with people and couples like you who shine from within.

    Thank you Lauren!

Lauren was absolutely incredible to work with! She is so sweet and was so locked in and dialed on our wedding day. We are so happy even with just the previews we received from her, we cannot wait to see all of the pictures! Thank you Lauren for capturing the most incredible day of our lives!

Did someone just mention travel? I'm already there. Please inquire for travel fees. I only require the bare minimum (travel, transportation, stay) when applicable and I am more than happy to share lodging or rides with you to save on those costs.
While I normally am confident photographing your wedding myself, I do offer optional second shooter coverage up to 5 hours during weddings for an additional $300.
For sessions, I generally take 2-3 weeks and weddings take about 3-4 weeks. I love to send some sneak peaks throughout the process, but I make sure to deliver all your memories as soon as I can while giving each photo the attention it needs.
No, a big part of my passion is being able to bring each image to life by hand-selecting and editing them for you to treasure in the best possible way. I promise to never hold back any photos you may want/need because I want you to be able to remember every little detail about your day!
