About Tovicand Photography
Tom Vartanian
Tovicand Photography is a multi award-winning professional wedding photography studio based in Southern California. We gladly serve Los Angeles, Orange, Ventura and surrounding counties. We have been in business since 2010 and absolutely love what we do!
I strongly believe in building relationships with my clients before the wedding day, during, as well as long after their magical day. With over 15 years as a professional photographer based in California, I specialize in building synergy and a bond based on trust with my clients. I offer several wedding photography styles customized to our client's style and personality (environmental, fashion, photojournalism, natural). I am a proud member of the Professional Photographers of America and and with utmost professionalism, a keen eye to detail and a superb customer experience, I proudly stand behind my craft!

THE BEST
From the moment we started planning our wedding, we knew that choosing the right photographer was crucial, and Tovicand Photography turned out to be the perfect fit for us. Tom's communication was straightforward and easy to work with from start to finish, which made the whole process stress-free. On our wedding day, he had a real talent for putting us at ease and keeping things fun while capturing every detail we cared about. His eye for the little moments that matter is incredible, and he made sure to nail all of our specific requests without us having to ask twice. Looking back at our photos, it's honestly hard to pick a favorite because we love them all so much. We're already planning to book Tovicand again for our next big milestone, and we can't recommend him enough to other couples.

Fantastic Experience
Tom did an amazing job. From the beginning, he was answering all my questions and easing all potential worries. He was always very communicative about timelines and arriving on site. For our Engagement shoot, he made sure we got beautiful photos and helped us choose a venue that was more within our budget. For our Wedding, he basically disappeared into the crowd in the best way possible. I knew he was there, but I wasn't focused on him, making all photos more natural. He was very efficient with family photos. We were able to get our pictures back before leaving on our honeymoon which was another huge plus! Overall, very professional and exactly what we needed.

We hired Tom to photograph our small, intimate family wedding at Duke’s in Malibu, and we could not be happier with our decision. Duke’s has stunning, panoramic views of the Pacific, but small, intimate weddings move quickly and capturing the right moments against changing coastal light and crashing waves requires a lot of agility. Tom handled it flawlessly. He seamlessly timed our photos to catch the best natural light, delivering gorgeous, vibrant shots that truly captured the energy of the ocean and the intimacy of our family gathering.
