Being married for over 25 years, we bring an understanding of real love and partnership into every wedding we document. We believe the best wedding photos don't come from perfect posing-they come from being fully present. Because the truth is, your wedding day isn't a photoshoot. It's a blur of emotion, energy, nerves, laughter, and moments you didn't even see happening. Our job is to catch all of it. Not by staging it. Not by interrupting it. But by paying attention in a way most people don't.

We believe in embracing perfectly imperfect moments, where a bit of chaos or change only adds to the story. Our focus is on capturing authentic, real-life moments, not staged or artificial scenes. We focus on capturing real moments and genuine connections, whether it’s a couple’s love language or how you interact with your family & friends. Our style is natural and organic, not forced or posed-- perfectly staged photos just aren’t our thing. We work with couples who value intention over tradition and trust us to document their story as it organically unfolds.

    Bride

    Working with Rebecca and Turnquist Collective was warm and seamless with beautiful photographs as the end result for both our engagement and wedding day. She was organized and a clear communicator from the very beginning, helping guide our shot list as well as grabbing candids and some Polaroids to ensure we captured all the best memories. Between our engagement shoot and our wedding day it was so easy to work with her and her second shooter Avery! I truly could not recommend them enough!

    Down to earth and talented

    My husband and I got married at Red Maple Vineyard in May 2025 and Rebecca photographed our special day. We also did an engagement shoot prior that was included in the cost of our package. We are both very camera shy and this is the first time we have ever taken professional photos. Rebecca kept our photos, lighthearted, helped to pose us, and made everything feel very natural and comfortable. I have never felt more confident than in her photos. She knew exactly how to capture the emotions of the day and the amazing hudson valley scenery at Red Maple even though it poured. Rebecca is genuine and truly cares about her clients. She even stayed late while I changed into my second dress to get some extras of us. She and her husband truly go above and beyond for their clients and have a passion and talent for photography and videography. Couldn’t recommend them more and will be working with them in the future!

Typically, couples book me about 13 months before their wedding date. I encourage you to reach out as soon as possible about my availability, even if you’re planning on a shorter time frame.
Definitely. All final images will be edited for color, saturation, exposure, and sharpness to ensure they look beautiful.
Yes, we offer both photo and video but are not required to book us together. Though it is nice to have a one stop shop for all your documentation needs.
My turnaround time varies by season. Typically, you’ll be able to view your photos online about 4-6 weeks after your wedding. Within 48 hours you'll receive a sneak peek gallery with high-resolution image files, so you can share the photos with your loved ones and order prints.
You can expect about 80 to 100 images per hour of photographing. But keep in mind this estimate varies depending on your wedding package, number of guests, venue type, and other factors.
I do! Just let me know if your venue requires a certificate of liability, and I’ll send that over to them.
In my 12 years of experience as a wedding photographer, I’ve never cancelled a booking. In the very rare event that I’m unable to photograph your wedding, I’ll make sure you’re covered by one of my colleagues or my contracted assistant. I’ll also provide you with a list of photographers from the many networking groups I’m in, so you can find the perfect replacement.
