Owner and Lead Coordinator

Owners Danielle DeFreest and Matt Marvullo opened Every Little Detail in the spring of 2012 with one goal in mind- to create pure and unique moments that are unforgettable. Danielle started out in the service industry as a teenager, and after graduating with a master’s degree in special education, decided to continue her career in service. Matt spent 24 years in the service industry, catering weddings and galas under master-chefs at 5 star venues throughout the country. In 2013 they asked long-time friend Kayla to help them at a wedding, and by the time the reception ended she realized she absolutely loved it. She is now a co-owner.

We truly pay attention to Every Little Detail. We all have vast experience in the service industry and bring that expertise to every single wedding. We work really well with all vendors and create a fabulous team for your wedding.

    Bride

    Wedding planning is an incredibly daunting task, but from the moment we met with Danielle, my husband and I were put at ease. She was sincere, she was organized, and most importantly she was a seasoned professional. Her portfolio and work speak for themselves. Communication was easy and consistent not only with us but with ALL our vendors and venue! Her input and guidance every step of the way made the process enjoyable more than intimidating. She was also reasonable and transparent with her pricing! And the execution throughout our wedding weekend was flawless. We truly could not have asked for a better team in our corner throughout this process. I also just need to shout out her use of Aisle Planner as the organization and collaborative platform it was so easy to use!

    9/26/26 - Backyard Wedding

    Danielle at Every Little Details was an absolute lifesaver when it came to wedding planning. She started working with us 2 months before our wedding, each call we had I felt supported and like I had someone who knew exactly what would be needed for our backyard wedding. She helped connect me with vendors, including a DJ when our original plan fell through. She helped keep me organized and let me know what needed to be done and when so I didn’t get overwhelmed. The day of our wedding it was downpouring on and off all day. Danielle and her team helped our ceremony run smoothly, and ensured the rest of the night was amazing, despite changes in our schedule due to the weather. We had the most amazing day thanks to Danielle and her team, I was able to relax and have fun and just enjoy myself knowing Danielle was there!

    Danielle is truly amazing and we would be lost without her! From the start, planning a build your own wedding outdoors from scratch was no easy task especially living 3 plus hours away. I knew I needed much help! She came to the rescue not just as a “month of planner” she was helping me for months on end making all the impossible, possible. With no help from your typical wedding venue hires she helped make it all happen. From helping with decor, planning, time lines, and many other hired vendors. She was literally running around from place to place the day of making sure all was right not just the day of but days ahead. Even when I was panicking she would say “I’m just a phone call away whenever you want to cry.” And that is exactly why I truly miss our weekly calls! Thank you again for all your help and making sure all ran smoothly that till this day we hear nothing but amazing, incredible things about our unforgettable wedding!     Every Little Detail went above and beyond

    Matthew worked with us to do full package wedding planning as we were married on a private property and needed to rent everything from forks to a dance floor to bathrooms. Matthew gave us perfect vendor recommendations, stuck to our budget (even when it meant getting creative), kept us on schedule with regular phone calls and email updates, and truly thought of everything. He was behind some of the major highlights of the day, including setting up a well-used games area and our polaroid guest book. ELD was so easy to work with and our wedding would not have happened without them. We could not recommend working with them more!

    Wedding couple

    Choosing Danielle and her team at Every Little Detail was the single most important decision we made for our wedding, and we cannot thank them enough!! Danielle was responsive, organized, flexible, and such a sweet person! We ended up selecting her month-of planning services since we had already booked most of our vendors. Danielle is highly knowledgeable, incredibly kind, and so easy to talk to, which made planning straightforward and enjoyable. Her guidance was invaluable, and she was readily available to hop on multiple calls as we got close to our wedding date. She truly put our minds at ease throughout the entire process. The ELD client portal was also incredibly useful for keeping track of everything, including a comprehensive task list which was super useful in making sure we didn’t miss anything! On the day of, Danielle and Kayla made it look effortless—everything ran so smoothly and it was truly a magical day. The coordination was phenomenal, and I loved that they made sure my husband and I had everything we needed throughout the day/night. They thought of things I’d never even considered, like having two water bottles ready for us immediately after the ceremony! Our wedding weekend was a dream, and it would not have been possible without Danielle. We would highly, highly recommend Every Little Detail! :)
