Of course, you will have all your formal portraits, but i also love to capture the small moments some people miss. Unprofessional Scammer
I booked Wild Meadow Photography a year in advance of my wedding. I met with the owner, Veronica, a few weeks beforehand to go over my shot list and timeline, and she confirmed that she would be the one shooting my wedding along with an assistant. 3 days before my wedding, she texted me that she was no longer shooting my wedding herself and would be sending an associate. We then had a phone call because I told her I wasn’t comfortable with this, as I had not met this person or seen their work except for a brief gallery she had texted me. Veronica stated the change was because they had double booked weddings and the photographer of the other wedding backed out, so she was covering that one and sending me a replacement. Veronica then said she works as a team and this is advertised on her website (I went back and checked- it’s not). She also said she had planned on coordinating a meeting with me and this new photographer and not leave me hanging, but this was not what the text said. By the end of the conversation, she said she understood my frustration and that she would cover my wedding as per our original agreement, and send the replacement to the other wedding. The following morning (2 days before my wedding) she sends me another large text message saying she’s no longer comfortable in doing my wedding and wants me to be “comfortable and confident” on my wedding day, so she would issue me a refund and find me someone else. The entire message gaslit me and stated how I would be uncomfortable and stressed by having her there, so she wanted to help relieve that stress and find me someone else. I declined and told her I wanted a refund, which she would only give me if I signed a termination agreement with a bunch of clauses stating I’m the one canceling. Absolutely unprofessional and disappointing.

Great Experience
I had such a great experience with Veronica from Wild Meadows Photography for our wedding! She was wonderful to work with and did a great job capturing our day. She was professional, easygoing, and made everything feel very natural, especially on the wedding day. We’re really happy with our photos and would definitely recommend her!

Beautiful photos
Veronica and her team did an amazing job with our engagement and wedding photos, we could not be happier with how they turned out! They made us both feel very comfortable in front of the camera, especially since it was our first time having professional photos taken. Veronica helped us stay on track with our timeline and came with super fun ideas! Cannot recommend hiring Wild Meadow Photography enough!

Very unfortunate
I hired Veronica for my wedding. I paid in advance and paid for the biggest package she has; the Primrose package. I never received the engagement session but was refunded. Every time I scheduled my engagement session she cancelled and last minute. When she decided to cancel the engagement session, it was about 4 hours prior. I live in upstate NY. When I hired her I asked if she was ok with the wedding being on Long Island NY. She said it was fine. Then came two days prior to the wedding. She texted me, not even called, and said the elopement that was suppose to take place on 6/25/25 was rescheduled due to someone’s flight being delayed. I booked her 19 months prior to my wedding. She then gave my wedding to her associate, who knew some shots I wanted but not all. He took pictures and then 5 weeks later the photos were done but I didn’t receive them til the 8 week mark. I had to contact her and ask her if she was done, just to find out that she was 3 weeks prior. I didn’t receive an email from her with the gallery til after I questioned and had to wait another few more days. When I finally received my pictures they were less to be desired. They were blurry, overly dark, and was unable to see me and my wife’s face during our first dance or during cake cutting. When I asked Veronica about why they were so blurry, she said it’s artistic choice, movement effect. Prior to hiring her, I absolutely loved her pictures and what I saw. My pictures are nothing like that. I am beyond disappointed! As I mentioned prior that I paid for the largest package. Never received the engagement session, or the 2nd shooter, or the usb with my images, or the 10 min video. I felt like she accepted the job but chose to bail last minute because it was a distance. Even after asked if she was ok with the distance. Her associate that she had do my wedding is in NY; around Staten Island, Brooklyn area. After me bringing up about my pictures not being up to par and that I felt like the red headed step child that just gets pushed to the side and forgotten, she asked if she could make it right by re-editing etc.. 12/8/25 was the last time I messaged her and was left unread with empty promises. Told me she was almost done editing and she would send me of her finished work. Still nothing! Buyer beware!

Absolutely would recommend! Such amazing photos and an amazing team. Veronica was so nice and helpful throughout the process. Her and her team made our day so amazing and so smooth.
