I hired Jessica and her team for my son's Indian wedding in Malibu, CA, and the experience was exceptional. From the first consultation, Jessica was responsive, professional, and deeply attentive to our (my family's) vision. They expertly coordinated vendors for both the traditional Haldi and Sangeet ceremonies, the main Wedding, and a formal Reception, ensuring every cultural detail was honored. Their creativity shone through in the décor and program, blending Indian traditions with our personal style. They kept us within budget while delivering high-quality results, and on the wedding day, they handled every detail seamlessly, allowing us to enjoy the moment stress free! She not only focused on the events but ensured the Bride and Groom got ample attention. Meals were provided to their rooms, the bride received photos for the groom's barat and rituals that she was not part of, etc etc. We received countless compliments from guests about how beautifully everything flowed. I highly recommend Jessica/3littelebirds to any couple seeking a stress-free, and culturally rich celebration! Pro Tip: Hire her if you want a well-coordinated and stellar event.

Jessica is a boss lady. If you want your wedding in good hands, I highly recommend booking her! A couple of big green flags: 1) Immediate text response. She'll even call you instead if she thinks it would be more efficient. 2) Preferred planner with our venue. She worked insanely well with our venue coordinator, which smoothed over so many details we didn't even need to be there for. 3) Mom energy. Jessica made sure my husband and I had everything we needed and more during the events - food, water, rest, shade, phones, you name it. She was super patient and respectful with accommodating our parents' requests, too. 4) Management capability. We had a big fat South Asian wedding consisting of 4 events over 2 days with a thousand moving parts. Jessica coordinated all the vendor contracts and on-site set up. She and her husband themselves were present for the duration of all events, which made all the difference. This is the person you want when something goes wrong. From having an emergency photographer on speed dial to adjusting the timeline on the spot, Jessica kept things in motion. She brought our visions to life, whether it was through decor mockups, adding sticker decals to our welcome mirror, or negotiating quotes and extra setup time & venue space. My most favorite memory is Jessica texting me photos and videos of the Baraat celebration, which the bride is not part of. Our family has made a connection with Jessica for life, even far beyond the wedding.

Warm, Present, Organized
After nearly 20 years in the wedding world and officiating hundreds of ceremonies as a Love Celebrant, I know what exceptional coordination looks and feels like. Here's what stood out to me about working with 3 Little Birds Event Planning & Rentals: 1. A personal phone call. In an era where emails overwhelm inboxes and messages get lost in the shuffle, Jessica made sure we connected through a personal phone call. She was warm, organized, answered all my questions, and expressed enthusiasm to be working together. I loved that. 2. Warmth. At the actual event, I was greeted warmly by Asia & Jen. They were happy to have me there, made sure I was comfortable, and that I had everything I needed to lead the ceremony. Asia had a warm glow the entire time and Jen seemed to be everywhere all at once. I noticed they were attentive during the ceremony when they could be...and I may have even seen them wiping a tear or two :) 3. Presence. Being a wedding planner and day-of coordinator means juggling a lot of pieces. That can easily get overwhelming, but when you're a pro, you've learned the art of being fully present to the couple, each guest, and every wedding pro so that things flow smoothly. Jen & Asia, backed by a highly organized Jessica, had that presence, and it showed. The day flowed beautifully, and the couple seemed over the moon with their experience. I am honored to have worked with the team at 3 Little Birds. If you're looking for a team that brings both precision and genuine heart to your day, 3 Little Birds is the one. I can't wait to work with them again!

Excellent Event Planners
If I could leave a 10 out of 5 stars, I would. I can not express how easy and beautiful Jessica, Dustin, and the team at 3 Little Birds make event planning. We had a Bat Mitzvah this weekend and not only was it gorgeous, but they ran things so smoothly that our attention was focused completely on enjoying ourselves. They are absolute pros and delightful to work with.
