    My cousin hired A&S Lux Events for her 325 wedding welcome sign using a reference photo from their own Instagram. The final product barely resembled what was promised, including a black stand instead of gold. They left without informing her that the original stand had broken, offered only a partial 50 refund when confronted, and then ghosted her follow-up messages. This is beyond unacceptable, and I would not recommend them to anybody. We trusted them to provide a stress-free, professional experience, but unfortunately received the opposite.

    Poor customer service

    Working with A&S Lux Events was frustrating from start to finish. Their communication was slow and unprofessional throughout the planning process, which added unnecessary stress to what should have been an exciting time. While the nikkah flower wall turned out decent, the welcome sign was a disappointment—it didn't match what we agreed to, and when we called them out, they claimed the sign holder broke in transit and made it our problem to solve. We had to go back and forth with them multiple times just to get them to fix it as our guests were arriving, which was incredibly aggravating. They offered a 50 refund on the 325 sign, which felt insulting given the hassle and the quality we paid for. I would not recommend A&S Lux Events to other couples looking for a reliable planner.

    Messed up my daughters wedding day with additional stress and lack of communication. Please save your time and money and book different people. -5/10 experience

    I hired A&S Lux Events for my wedding welcome sign (325) using a reference photo directly from their own Instagram. On the day of my event, they delivered a sign that barely looked like what was agreed upon, including a black stand instead of gold. Instead of communicating that the original stand broke in transit, they set it up and left without telling me. When confronted, they attempted a last-minute fix, offered a partial 50 refund, and then ghosted my follow-up messages. No bride should have to chase down vendors on her wedding day.     Event decor planning

    A&S Events truly captured every moment of our special day. From initial planning to executing on the day of, they really went above and beyond.
