Hi! ! I'm Alexandra and I'm the lead planner behind Alexandra Madison Weddings (AMW). Back in 2013, I made a decision to dive into training in various areas that make wedding day magic happen. Since 2017, AMW has been proudly serving brides full time, bringing their wedding visions to life. With an average of 40-60 weddings each year, we've fine-tuned our expertise to create unforgettable moments. On your special day, our team of 2-4 talented planners and assistants will be there to ensure every detail is perfect. We can't wait to embark on this exciting journey with you!

AMW stands out due to a unique blend of training and hands-on experience in various essential areas of wedding planning. With expertise acquired in Santa Fe, New Mexico, Los Angeles, California, and Southeastern regions of South Carolina and Georgia, Alexandra has honed her skills in venue management, client relations, catering, rentals, and wedding planning. With a dedicated team of 2-4 planners and assistants, AMW ensures that every detail of your wedding day is meticulously taken care of, guaranteeing a seamless experience for you and your loved ones.

Description

This package gives us the time to sit and learn about you as a couple to help design and create the wedding of your dreams. We will assist in venue walkthroughs; catering tastings; design boards; rentals; custom budget creation; vendor recommendations and booking; milestone check-ins; hotel block guidance; invitation quoting and creation; development of detailed timeline and layout; and wedding coordination. Decor collection is complimentary!

Partial planning involves the second half of planning for your wedding day. You handle the budget and vendor bookings independently, and our team will focus on finishing logistics of where you left off including providing timelines, layouts, and day of details. We still do the design experience with you.

Parties between 10 and 40 have the option for the AMW micro-wedding package. No celebration is too small! We know that it is all about the bond between the couple and the celebration of your love. Complimentary access to the decor collection included!

    AMAZING!

    Alex and her team were absolutely AMAZING! They handled every detail and random idea I had. I was especially impressed with the way they cared for both of our families the day of and made sure we had everything we needed.

    Alex is a friend for life after this!

    Alexandra brought our dream wedding to reality. I honestly wasn't convinced we needed a planner in the first place since many of my friends did not use one, but her expertise, experience, and organization made it clear right away how valuable she is. We planned a wedding in Charleston SC while living out of state, and her knowledge of the vendors in the area was crucial. She kept us all on track for an entire year leading up to the wedding with frequent check ins, emails, phone calls, and in-person meetings. With grace, Alex even mediated a few family disagreements over wedding details. She came to every meeting prepared with a checklist of items to address and a bubbly personality to match. She has an absolutely amazing eye for design and detail, and despite having her own preferences, she honored and even enhanced my mom's visions for the wedding; they created a truly extraordinary event. Alex made us feel like we were her only clients, and it was clear she really had a vested interest in the success our special event. Her team is also exceptional and are responsible for making the wedding day feel stress-free, light, and fun for our family. After all of this, Alexandra is a friend for life!

Our staffing team for your wedding day is typically made up of one Lead Planner and 2-3 wedding team assistants. We have four amazing Lead Planners on the AMW team, who will work with your throughout your planning and on your special day to bring everything to fruition.
Yes! It is possible for us to have multiple weddings in one weekend. We have 4 wonderful Lead Planners on the team available to plan and manage your day.
Yes, we are a weddings, events, and design company! Everything from rehersals, bridal showers, birthdays, gender reveals (at your wedding, perhaps? Yes, we have done that!), and any celebration you can think of, we can assist!
