Description	Full Service Planning is our highest level of support and the most comprehensive experience we offer. This package is designed for couples who want a hands-on expert guiding every detail from start to finish. From vendor sourcing and contract management to design development, timelines, logistics, and full wedding-day execution, our team is fully immersed in your event. You’ll have consistent check-ins, unlimited communication, and a full staff.	Partial Planning is ideal for couples who have already begun planning but want expert guidance to bring everything together. This level of service provides support with vendor recommendations and management, design development, and timelines while allowing you to remain hands-on in the process. With scheduled check-ins, unlimited communication leading up to the wedding, and full coordination, our team ensures your plans are flawlessly executed.	Coordination is designed for couples who have planned their wedding independently but want a professional team to take over as the day approaches. This service focuses on organizing final details, creating and managing the wedding-day timeline, coordinating with vendors, and overseeing set-up and logistics. With dedicated coordination staff on your wedding day and leading up, we ensure for a seamless and smooth event.

Key to a good wedding is to NOT work with Amanda
The key to a good wedding is to NOT work with Amanda! Amanda was incredibly disappointing, did not communicate after multiple chances, and ultimately added MORE stress and hassle to our planning. Other couples deserve to know what our experience was like. We would HATE for another couple to go through this. We hired Amanda 11 months out. Initially, things were okay. We told her we wanted to be ahead of the normal timeline to reduce stress and avoid last-minute issues. We were told we were “ahead of the game.” Yes, we were ahead — intentionally. But that did not mean we wanted to be left waiting. We ALWAYS initiated the planning and asking of our bi-monthly meetings- not Amanda or her team. We felt she was CONSISTENTLY HOLDING US UP. A wedding planner should work with the couples timeline and requests. Amanda did not. On a positive note, Amanda helped us find a great videographer and florist. However, she told us she understood our floral vision, but it was clear it the vision had not been communicated. Thankfully, the florist was flexible. We also asked Amanda FIVE TIMES for help finding a makeup artist. Communication was a MAJOR issue. We understood she was planning other weddings and never expected an immediate response, but 1–2 business days seemed reasonable. Instead, responses often took longer, and we found ourselves double texting. Amanda would eventually say she had “forgotten” to respond or give another excuse constantly. EVERYTHING required persistence on our end with Amanda. Then came the invitations. Amanda used her Canva Pro account to make invitation changes, which saved us money. We give her credit! We asked for everything to be sent out 2 months prior to the rsvp deadline. When it came to the proof and mailing, the proof took a month to get ( it arrived 2 months before RSVPS were due). Did she forget to send to the printer? Amanda then nicely offered to stuff and mail the invitations but she never told us she was going out of the country. WE FOUND OUT BY SEEING A STORY ON INSTAGRAM. After two weeks, we texted and double texted asking when they would be sent. No response. After 3 days, we emailed another employee and CC’d Amanda-only to find out the assistant had been fired that week. Amanda abruptly responded that she was on a plane, her phone was broken, and the invitations would be sent when she got home. They invites were sent the next day, but only FIVE WEEKS before our RSVP deadline- 3 weeks later than our request. Many guests did not receive the invite until a week before RSVPs were due. Many arrived open or ripped. While damage in the mail is not necessarily Amanda’s fault, the process felt incredibly SLOPPY. We also thought they were being hand-canceled. They were not. They went through regular mail. Afterward, Amanda sent us a text saying, “I know you think you were being difficult… but they came out lovely”. After all this we scheduled another call (after having 2-3 before to discuss the same topic) because we were frustrated with the lack there of communication. Amanda proceeds to give an excuse, sharing that she had gotten stuck in a ditch in Italy, her phone had been stolen, and she had fired her assistant- which caused the delay.- Not our problem and we did not need to know this. A wedding planner is supposed to take stress OFF the couple — communicate, stay on top of things, and make your life easier. Amanda did not do that. We unfortunately let Amanda go 2 months before our wedding.

Amanda made our wedding come to life!
From our first conversation, APE understood our unique split-format wedding vision and made it happen. Amanda went above and beyond the day-of coordination services we contracted for, and served as a huge advocate for us with our vendors. She made the impossible possible, quite a few times. She is a fighter!!! She communicated clearly throughout the entire process and was always available for questions, even outside of business hours. Bonus, she's incredibly fun to work with. APE was invaluable to bringing our special day to life. We'd strongly recommend her to any couple looking for a planner or day-of coordinator in NYC and beyond!

We loved Camille and Annie!
Our experience with Amanda Paige Events was wonderful from start to finish. The onboarding process was clear and easy, which made planning feel manageable from the very beginning. We especially loved working with Camille and Annie-- both were incredibly organized, thoughtful, and a true joy to collaborate with. With an expedited timeline, they kept everything running smoothly, offered creative ideas, and provided invaluable guidance on where to invest wisely. On the day of our New Year’s Eve wedding, everything was handled with care and grace, allowing us to fully enjoy the celebration. We’re so grateful and highly recommend their team.

Making your wedding truly yours
Amanda and her team pulled off miracles to give us our dream wedding day. My husband and I had a highly ambitious timeline with a few wrenches thrown in at the last minute, and Amanda got us to our cocktail hour, while still allowing our photographer to snap perfect family photos. She arranged the world’s most epic transition from our romantic first dance to our super fun planetarium dance floor with a saxophone solo. She calmed my family members down when needed - and they all told me how much they appreciated Amanda’s guidance and direction during our rehearsal. And did it all with a smile. Amanda and her team know the BEST vendors in Chicago, and work tirelessly on making your wedding feel like “you” by helping you choose the right details. They truly care so much about giving their clients their dream weddings - from the champagne flute name cards to the ceremony audio to the florals, music, speeches, and dance floor, the hotel room setup and welcome party food, the makeup artists and invitation suite (all our guests raved about the invites)…and the list goes on. THANK YOU APE!!!

Amazing!!
We could not have had our dream wedding without Amanda and her amazing team. Our wedding involved a lot of moving parts: multiple events, lots of family and guest communication, and many special requests from me and my husband. Amanda made it all feel manageable during the planning process with regular cheek-ins, excellent vendor recommendations, and spot-on advice and feedback on all of our various ideas. I am very type-A and was worried that my anxiety might spice in the lead up to the big day but Amanda kept me level, grounded, and calm because l felt confident that she and her team had everything under control. And this could not have been more true than on the actual day of or wedding. She kept a large bridal party and two large families organized and on schedule the entire day. We have had numerous people remark to us about how well-produced and seamless our wedding day seemed—everything went off without a hitch and that is truly thanks to Amanda and her wonderful team. In working with Amanda, the hardest part of the wedding process has been battling the post-wedding blues. She made our day everything we wanted it to be and more! I could not recommend her enough. My first piece of wedding planning advice is to hire a wedding planner and the second is to hire Amanda!
