Our Full Planning service also includes guidance about etiquette, rehearsal dinner venue selection, assistance with guest lists and RSVP tracking, and more.	If you have planned some of your wedding day details but feel as though you would like us to provide guidance on styles, décor, wedding professionals who will understand your vision and personality, and more, Partial Planning may be for you.	Designed for couples who have already planned all of the details but need help tying together any loose ends, this is created for couples who want to ensure they can enjoy living every moment on their wedding day.

Andrea rocks!
My wife and I hired Andrea to be our day of coordinator for our wedding in northern Virginia this October. We quickly found that she was willing to go above and beyond in providing feedback, arranging events, and generally smoothing out details in the month(s) preceding our wedding. We felt that her pricing was fair and transparent. She also communicated promptly and clearly. On the day of the wedding, there were no issues, and I think that was due in large part to Andrea and her team. Everyone who attended our wedding was complementary of how it went off, and we have Andrea to thank for that. If we could do it again, we would 100% hire Andrea.

Andrea Green Events is the absolute BEST!!!
We can’t say enough good things about Andrea Green Events! We hired Andrea about 6 months before our small-ish April 2025 wedding, and at that point all we had was the venue and catering booked. She jumped right in, was super organized and professional, and really listened to our vision. She has an amazing professional network and helped us to secure vendors that were right for us, and made the whole process feel manageable and fun. And she saved us some money without sacrificing what was important to us! On the actual wedding day it rained, and though we hoped it would stop, we had to switch the ceremony indoors at the last minute. Andrea handled it like a total pro—coordinating with all the vendors and keeping our families calm and where they were supposed to be—so we didn’t have to stress about a thing. The day turned out absolutely beautiful, even better than we imagined, and we know that’s because of her. We ended up with a break in the rain immediately after the ceremony and guests were able to enjoy the beautiful weather and scenery overlooking the water during the reception. We couldnt stop raving about how beautiful it all was, and our guests had a wonderful time. We didnt even know about minor hiccups with guests and vendors until weeks later because she made sure it was all handled. We truly couldn’t have done it without Andrea. If you’re thinking about hiring her, don’t hesitate, you’ll be so glad you did!

My absolute fave planner!
Working alongside Andrea is always an absolute delight!
