    The Best Decision We Made for Our Wedding

    We hired Jade pretty much at the last minute, and if you had been at our wedding, you would have thought she’d been planning it with us for months. She came in completely prepared and somehow managed to know exactly what needed to happen before anyone even had to ask. My husband can’t stop talking about her “box of emergency supplies.” Every time someone needed something, she’d somehow pull it out of that box- she literally had everything. The biggest gift she gave us was peace of mind. She coordinated with all of our vendors, kept everything running smoothly, and handled all of the little details without us ever knowing there was anything to handle. I genuinely didn’t have to worry about a single thing on our wedding day, which is something I never thought I’d be able to say. I know this probably sounds like one of those fake, over-the-top reviews, but I honestly don’t know how else to describe how incredible she was. Every single detail was perfect, and so much of that is because of Jade. Hiring her was one of the best decisions we made, and I’d recommend her to absolutely anyone getting married.

    Great people to work with!

    Working with Field Fern Weddings was an absolute pleasure! As the florist for the owner’s wedding, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Jade was incredibly organized, communicated every detail clearly, and made the entire planning process smooth from start to finish. Everything came together seamlessly on the wedding day, which is a testament to the care and professionalism they bring to every event. Not only are they exceptionally organized, but they are also genuinely kind and wonderful people to work with. Absolutely. Many of our couples have done the planning themselves and simply want an experienced professional to take over during the final months. We'll learn every detail of your plans, identify any gaps, and make sure your vision is executed exactly as you imagined.
We don't disappear after check-in. We're there to manage the timeline, coordinate vendors, solve problems before you even know they exist, answer questions from family and guests, and keep everything moving behind the scenes. Our goal is for you to spend your wedding day celebrating—not coordinating.
