Janet is the Best!!

Janet was our day-of coordinator for our special wedding day in Feb. 2026. We honestly don't know what we would have done without her. She is so good at this job and knows her stuff. Absolute professional. She knows the right questions to ask, she understands unique situations, and how to adapt on the fly. Our planning conversations with Janet leading up to the wedding day were plentiful, collaborative, and well documented. She was very clear and direct in communicating who needed to do what, and set timelines. If we didn't know how to do something, Janet would step in and resolve it or figure it out without hesitation. She definitely showed her value on the day of the wedding though. Our wedding venue and its staff committed way too many mistakes that we were on the verge of critical operational breakdowns for the event. Janet was so buttoned up and prepared with how our wedding was supposed to go, that she was able to "patch up" anything that was going wrong before our guests noticed, and we barely even needed to step in. She had it on lockdown!! Literally, our wedding day would not have gone as well and smooth as it did if it weren't for her. She is an absolute life saver including in moments when it mattered most. We can't think of someone else we'd want in our corner on such a special day. We are already talking about asking Janet to help with other events for us in the future, such as a baby shower :) and we are recommending her to other engaged couples! She is so extremely dependable and buttoned up. Even more so, she was a genuine friend that we made along the way. You simply cannot go wrong with having Janet Gast on your side. You won't regret it!

As a photographer, having a planner who is proactive and respectful of every vendor's role makes all the difference, and Janet created an environment where everyone could do their best work while keeping the couple's experience the priority.
