I've spent my career taking care of people, weddings just happen to be my favorite way to do it. Getting to know you always comes first. Understanding what matters most allows us to connect the details, think a few steps ahead, and help you make decisions with confidence. Watching everything come together is my favorite part.

    The Best Decision We Made for Our Wedding

    When we booked our venue, one of the requirements was hiring a month-of/day-of wedding coordinator. I'll be honest I remember thinking, "I don't really need one. I'm organized and can handle everything myself." Looking back now... I couldn't have been more wrong. Hiring Mari was, without question, one of the best decisions we made throughout our entire wedding planning process. I was referred to Mari by our caterer, Brian with Dade County Food Group, and from our very first phone conversation, I knew she was someone special. Her energy, kindness, professionalism, and genuine excitement immediately put me at ease. We clicked instantly, and from that moment on, I knew I was in good hands. Although I hired Mari as our month-of/day-of coordinator, she became so much more than that. She was a planner, organizer, problem solver, sounding board, therapist, cheerleader, and ultimately someone who became such an important part of one of the biggest days of our lives. Throughout the months leading up to our wedding, Mari spent countless hours helping us. We had numerous phone calls and meetings, coordinated conference calls with our vendors, created incredibly detailed timelines, and kept every detail organized through her planning portal. Every vendor had its own section, every detail had a place, and nothing was ever overlooked. She also helped connect us with amazing vendors, including our videographer, assisted with rentals for our welcome party, and gave us so many wonderful ideas. Even when I was dealing with stressful family situations, Mari was there to offer advice, reassurance, and support far beyond what anyone would ever expect from a wedding coordinator. A few days before our wedding in the Florida Keys, Mari met us at the venue for a detailed walkthrough and graciously accommodated holding our rehearsal two days before the wedding instead of the evening before. That allowed us to fully relax and enjoy our welcome party with family and friends. Then came the wedding day. Everything was absolutely seamless. I'm sure little challenges came up throughout the day, but if they did, I never knew about them because Mari handled every detail before it ever reached us. Even with the wind trying to interfere, she worked her magic to make sure everything looked beautiful and stayed on schedule. Watching her work was incredible. She was constantly communicating with vendors, checking timelines, and making sure everything was exactly as it should be. The greatest gift Mari gave us was peace of mind. Because of her, Joey and I were able to be fully present and enjoy every single moment of our wedding day instead of worrying about logistics. That is truly priceless. Beyond everything she accomplished professionally, Mari is simply one of the kindest, most genuine people I've ever met. You can tell she truly loves what she does, and that passion shines through in every interaction. After the wedding, I didn't miss wedding planning at ALL but I genuinely missed talking to Mari. That's how much of an impact she had on me. If you're considering hiring Mari for your wedding or any special event, don't hesitate for a second. She is worth every penny and then some. I truly believe our wedding would not have been the incredible, seamless, joyful day that it was without her. Mari, thank you from the bottom of our hearts.     Hands down, the BEST decision we made when planning our "Cinco de Mayo" Tiki hut/beach dream wedding in the Florida Keys was partnering with Marilane of Exclusive Personal Events! Don't hesitate hire Exclusive and work with Mari for the Best day of your life! From our initial introductory call to post wedding wrap up, Marilane assured me, was there guiding, responding, coordinating and communicating constantly. Assigning the next step or two simply making progress FUN along the way! Her talent to gently guide while collaborating supportively is a skill every bride needs. To put that unique signature on the day that represents you as a couple, but seamlessly coordinate all those details and vendors flawlessly. "Marilane, the Master of the Timelines!" including Venue, DJ, Florist, Hair/Makeup.........Together with Marilane, I could work in each personal touch sharing ideas and leaning on her expertise. The Exclusive Wedding Planning software was an invaluable tool to budget, collaborate, centralize all pictures, idea boards and timelines. Our wedding was an intimate, informal, tropical paradise celebration of our love! All our friends raved about the sheer fun, smooth, easy experience and success of our special day marrying under the palm trees at the edge of the ocean in Islamorada.     Marilane Made Our Wedding Perfect!

    Marilane was the best planner we could have ever asked for at our Key West wedding! Her attention to detail was impeccable and she didn’t miss a single thing. She was amazing and communication and kept the wedding on track throughout the entire process. Not only was she an awesome planner but you can tell from her personality that she is truly an amazing person! We are so grateful to have worked with her over the past 6 months and our wedding turned out to be the most perfect day thanks to her.     Hands Down The Best

    We are a couple from the DMV area who were looking to pull off a destination wedding in South Florida with a number of personalized DIY touches. While we had a wedding planner already, we were looking to leverage DIY decor and florals but ran into challenges with storage, set up, and tear down. Our planner recommended talking to Marilane, who ended up being an amazing resource and vendor to work with. I (the bride) have worked with a luxury wedding planner for ten years and my husband is a detailed project manager. We know the difference between someone who checks boxes and someone who is mentally thoughtful and proactive, making impactful suggestions to the underlying vision. She was able to flawlessly understand and scope that we were looking to do and everything was executed well by her team on the day of. I went from wondering how we were doing to pull this off to looking forward to seeing the dream come together in real life! of the planners we consulted with do not do design work, but Mari has a good eye for logistical flow and design. She is responsive, organized, and will work with your venue on all aspects of decor. Several times she helped suggest what to order and gave me peace that I wasn't blindly putting pieces together. Everything looked beautiful on the day of and as requested. When something came in and wasn't quite right, she messaged me and researched solutions right away. And when there was a slight emergency with the venue during our reception, she jumped into action and solved it quickly. Cannot recommend her enough. You will be in top tier hands.
