Glowing Bride
We are very grateful we chose Shawna as our wedding coordinator. She was outstanding and could not recommend her or her team more. We just returned from our honeymoon and are still glowing about our wedding. Throughout the process she was calm, clear and organized- which definitely helped this nervous bride. She was always responsive to emails and texts plus we would schedule video meetings because of our hectic schedules. I think she would use a cool app to record the conversation to make sure no detail was missed! She is integrated into the Summit community which makes finding and working with excellent vendors seamless. She helped with everything from catering, photographer, to DJ to hair and makeup. We ended up coordinating a much larger wedding than initially intended from our home -using a tent and all rentals with less than 6 months time. Her company and the rental equipment were set up beautifully and everything I hoped for! The day of Breana was there for everything. She was thorough, calm and attentive to detail. I did not worry once throughout the day. Again, Shawna, Breck Mountain Rentals and the whole team are truly genuinely great humans and I’m so grateful they could help us coordinate such an important day! If we had to do it all over again, we wouldn’t change a thing!

What really stood out was how they took care of our guests and staff on the big day—they coordinated with our DJ and photographer to keep everything running on time, and they made sure everyone felt welcome.
