My name is Hanna, and I have been immersed in the event world since 2021. During the last 4 years of servicing the event and wedding space, I have learned the ins and outs on executing a smooth running and organized event. My promise to you for your wedding day is to ensure clear communication from start to finish, to always meet you with positivity and kindness, advocate for you, and ensure that you feel like a guest at your own wedding!

With a background in event management and a passion for creating a stress-free planning experience, I bring a calm, confident presence to each wedding day. I don't just manage timelines + vendors communication, I advocate for your vision, solve problems, and bring a fun, positive energy to the process. I truly love what I do. Being a wedding planner allows me to build real relationships with couples so I can fully understand their vision and bring it to life with the same care and intention the couple has.

    Thank You So Much!

    As a wedding coordinator myself, choosing someone to take over on our wedding day was a big decision! I had worked with Hanna from Cosmic Weddings a few times before, so I knew firsthand how responsive, organized, and flexible she was. After spending so much time planning every detail of our wedding, I really appreciated Hanna's willingness to step in and bring our vision to life. She handled our final vendor communication, made the transition from planning to wedding day easy, and was always willing to work with us to make things happen. It was so nice to hand over the logistics and have someone familiar with the industry there to help execute everything we had worked so hard on. Thank you, Hanna, for being part of our day!

    Amazing Wedding Coordinator!!!

    We worked with Hanna as our 90 day coordinator for our wedding and I cannot say enough good things about her. She was wonderful to work with, communicative, very organized, and always really helpful. She supported us as we were designing our day of timeline, handled all vendor communication leading up to the wedding and dealt with issues before we even knew there was a problem that needed fixing, and on the day of our wedding we didn’t feel like we had to worry about anything because she already had everything covered. I’m so glad we were able to go into our wedding day and really just focus on spending the day together and with our friends and family. We cannot thank Hanna enough for everything she did and would highly recommend her to anyone else looking for support planning or coordinating their wedding.

    We LOVE Hanna and Cosmic Weddings!!

    Hanna did a great job with our wedding!!! We booked her back in 2024 for our wedding in May 2026, and throughout the whole process she was so helpful and communicative despite only having her booked for “day of” coordination. Hanna seamlessly connected all of our vendors, helped us with hotel block issues while we were planning a wedding out of state, and made our wedding day go off without a hitch. She is also just so kind, warm, and a great energy to be around on your wedding day! We could not recommend her more for your planning services.

    Fantastic Wedding Planner! Book Hanna

    Hiring Hanna was hands down one of the best decisions we made during the wedding planning process. From our first meeting, she felt like a long-time friend, someone who was genuinely invested in making our wedding day as special and seamless as possible. She was responsive, thoughtful, open to ideas, and committed to bringing our vision to life and having fun while doing so! Hanna brought so much knowledge and insight into both the planning process and the day-of execution. Her expertise saved us from so much stress and often anticipated our needs or solved problems before we even knew they existed. We had two locations for our wedding day, and Hanna managed everything with absolute ease. When a slight hiccup happened, the bride (me) lost her phone the night before, which held most of the inspo and notes, she didn’t even flinch. She handled the day with such grace, professionalism, and calm that we were able to just enjoy every moment without stress. Hanna also made sure we always had food and drinks in hand, which meant so much to us, she even got us leftover boxes of food which we were extra grateful for the following day. I originally hesitated about hiring a month-of coordinator, but once we brought Hanna on, it was crystal clear we had made the right choice. Our day truly wouldn’t have been the same without her. Hanna, thank you for being such a lovely human and such a talented coordinator. We are endlessly grateful for you!
