I created Evara Events with one thing in mind: Bringing matters of the heart to life by expert hands. With years of experience in the wedding planning, nonprofit fundraising, and corporate event planning space, there’s no event we can’t do!     Exceptional day-of services

    Hannah and Cassie were an amazing team for our wedding day! We hired Evara for day-of coordination services, and they were worth their weight in gold! As the bride, I didn't have to lift a finger or look at my watch throughout the entire event. She was always there taking care of our every need! She also did an amazing job building a perfect timeline, with a tight venue schedule, and executed it flawlessly, taking careful consideration for the photographer's input and making sure he had the time built in that he needed to capture everything. Hannah was extremely responsive and communicative when she got involved 6 weeks before the wedding, and worked closely with the venue and all our vendors to make our vision come to life. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend their services!

    The BEST decision ever

    I don’t even know where to begin because 5 stars doesn’t feel like enough!! Having Hannah as our day of coordinator was hands down one of the BEST decisions we made for our wedding. As a type B personality gal, I wasn't even going to hire one LOL but my bridal party (thankfully) talked me into it! She poured so much time, energy, and love into making sure our day was everything we dreamed of. From all of the little details behind the scenes to keeping everything organized and running smoothly, she handled it all. She thought of so many things that I never would have! I never felt like I needed to worry about what was happening next or whether something was being taken care of. Even in the few moments when my type B brain suddenly remembered something at the last minute and I started to check on it, Hannah was already ten steps ahead of me. I trusted her completely and because of that, I was actually able to be present and enjoy our wedding day!! And THE TIMELINE!!! Somehow, we were on time for everything. We were even early at parts, which, if you know me, is honestly a miracle because I am notoriously late for everything. Her timeline worked perfectly and she kept the entire day moving without it ever feeling rushed or stressful. I joked with my friends that I need to hire her to manage my time in my everyday life because apparently she is the only person capable of getting me places early LOL. Hannah will make you feel taken care of while somehow managing a million things at once. She kept me sane throughout the process, was always in our corner, and genuinely cared about our wedding as if it were her own. Her assistant was an awesome asset as well. Our day was everything we could have hoped for and more, and so much of that is because of her!! I will forever be grateful for her. If you are looking for someone who is organized, dependable, thoughtful, calm, and will genuinely care about you and your day, hire her immediately. You will be so thankful you did. My other vendors even commented to me how organized she is, which made their job easier! She is a win for everyone involved. We love you and cannot thank you enough for giving us the absolute best day, Hannah!!!

    Three Cheers for Evara Events!

    We can't recommend Hannah enough. From our first planning conversations, Hannah took the time to understand what was important to us and helped us create a wedding day that felt authentic to us. She listened to our ideas, found thoughtful ways to bring them to life, and was honest about the trade-offs, alternatives, and options when we weren't sure what we wanted.  On the wedding day, everything ran so smoothly that we were able to be fully present and enjoy the moment. Hannah and her assistance were a incredible problem solvers behind the scenes. We later learned from friends that there were a few small hiccups throughout the day, but we had absolutely no idea because she handled everything so seamlessly. That's exactly what you want in a coordinator. Hannah's calm, thoughtful approach and attention to detail made such a difference. If you're looking for someone who will advocate for your vision, keep everything running smoothly, and allow you to truly enjoy your wedding day, we wholeheartedly recommend Hannah.

    Hannah is the planner for you!

    I've had the pleasure of working alongside Hannah, and I can't recommend her enough. From the very beginning, it was clear I was working with someone who is incredibly organized, proactive, and genuinely invested in creating a great experience for her couples. Leading up to the wedding, communication was clear, timelines were well thought out, and every detail was handled professionally. On the wedding day, Hannah was calm, efficient, and always one step ahead. She kept everything running smoothly while making it look effortless. As a wedding DJ, I can confidently say she made my job significantly easier. When vendors work well together behind the scenes, couples get to enjoy their day without stress and that's exactly what happened. The couple, guests, and vendor team all had an incredible experience thanks in large part to Hannah's preparation and leadership.     Hannah was the best ever!

    Working with Evara Events was a game-changer for our wedding planning process. From our first conversation, they understood what we needed and made the whole thing feel manageable instead of overwhelming. On our wedding day, they were everywhere—making sure we had water and drinks in our hands, checking that our grandparents stayed cool and comfortable, and handling every small detail with such grace. She caught problems before they became problems, which meant we got to just enjoy ourselves without stress. Her experience and attention really showed in how smoothly everything ran. We honestly can't imagine planning a wedding or the wedding day without her. Would completely recommend Hannah for anyone!!

Nope - when you book us you get our full attention. Our standard is to remain present and involved in our client's day. After all, it's one of the most important days of your life - that means it becomes one of ours too!
This depends on the package you book! Some of our clients simply want support building a timeline. Others bring us on to so that they don't have to lift a finger. We are happy to meet you wherever you're at and support you with whatever aspects of your big day that you need.

When building my business plan, one of the first things I established were company values: Joy, Community, Connection, Client-Obsessed Service, and Inclusion. I believe when businesses approach their work with a “true-north” in mind, we are able to offer a different level of care and commitment to our clients that’s evident in our end product and level of service. There is no greater joy than starting with an inquiry form and [months later] finishing that client’s event having gotten to know them on a person level, with a genuine love and care for them as humans.
As a boutique event planning company, we intentionally limit the amount of events we book each year. Our maximum number of events is often less than half of many other companies in the industry – that’s done with extreme intentionality. I want to get to know each client and have the ability to craft their day with the same meticulousness and care I’d expect of someone planning my own daughter’s wedding. If I’m not able to offer THAT level of service, I won’t accept more clients in that time frame.
