With the belief that every detail matters, Amanda has made it her mission to make the planning process enjoyable so you can relax and focus on celebrating with loved ones.

    Thank you so much!!!

    Amanda and her assistant helped my day go by without a hitch! My husband and I felt very comfortable discussing everything before hand and felt like she handled the day very well. If it weren’t for them, our arch would have blown down the mountain during our ceremony! I also didn't have to talk with a single vendor day of, which is exactly how I wanted it. Thank you Amanda!!

    Essential!

    From our first conversation with Amanda, I knew we had found our planner. Amanda communicated with us every step of the way, keeping us on track with clear timelines and proactive updates that made the last month leading up to the wedding a lot less stressful. On our wedding day, they handled every detail so seamlessly that we had no idea if anything went wrong. We were just able to be present and fully enjoy our celebration with our loved ones. The venue setup was gorgeous, and she worked with me beforehand to map out the flow and logistics so everything ran perfectly. Amanda is so warm, kind and supportive. She brings a relaxed energy to the wedding while keeping everything flowing seamlessly. Everyone who interacted with her had only the best things to say! For the price, the level of professionalism and care we received was incredible, and we'd recommend hiring Amanda to anyone looking for a coordinator who truly goes above and beyond. I am BEYOND grateful that we had Amanda supporting our wedding day! This should be a non-negotiable as part of our wedding team!

I am a one woman show and you will always be working with me! I do sometimes bring an assistant to help if I feel that I need an extra set of hands with set up and tear down, but I will always be onsite on your big day.
Nope! I only take one wedding per weekend so that I can focus all of my time and energy on your wedding day.
I do! I am happy to add on any event at an additional cost including bridal showers, welcome dinners, day after brunches and more!
This depends on which service you book! For full service, we will spend a LOT of time together during the planning process (at least one planning call per month, more depending on my clients' needs). For partial planning we will check in once a month, and for month of coordination we will start meeting around 2-3 months out.
