Simply THE BEST!
We are so grateful to have had Toni as our planner! She truly brought our vision to life and made our wedding day feel completely seamless. From the moment the day began, she handled every detail with such care and made sure everything ran exactly as planned. The best part was that we genuinely didn’t have to lift a finger. We were able to be fully present, soak everything in, and simply enjoy celebrating with our family and friends because we knew everything was being taken care of. She was organized, calm, attentive, and always one step ahead. We couldn’t have asked for a better person to help bring our wedding day together. Having her there gave us so much peace of mind, and we would wholeheartedly recommend her to any couple who wants to actually enjoy their wedding day rather than worry about the logistics!

Amazing team!
Working with Toni was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. From the very first moment, everything about the day felt smooth, organized, and perfectly executed — you could tell she has a real gift for coordinating every moving piece without ever losing that personal touch. She brought incredible energy to the entire day, and no matter how busy things got behind the scenes, she stayed polite, respectful, and genuinely friendly with everyone on site. My team and I handled hair and makeup for this wedding, and having Toni coordinating made all the difference. She kept communication clear, timing on track, and the whole atmosphere calm and positive, which made it so much easier for us to focus on doing our best work for the bride. Book Toni
Toni was so essential throughout my wedding planning process. From the very beginning, she helped me determine the perfect location for my destination wedding. She took the time to research and introduce me to multiple wedding planners and travel agents, making what initially felt like an overwhelming process so much more manageable. She also worked closely with my friends to coordinate both my bridal shower and my bachelorette trip, both of which were unforgettable. Toni is incredibly efficient, organized, and on top of every detail. She may be direct, but it’s only because she is deeply committed to getting things done right and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. Her dedication is unmatched. And when I say she was there for everything, I mean everything. She helped me into my dress on my wedding day and even held up my gown so I could use the bathroom. She’s all-in with the support, and I’m forever grateful. My wedding simply wouldn’t have come together the way it did without her. If you’re lucky enough to have Toni in your corner, just know — you’re in the best hands possible.

Exceeded expectations
If you’re looking for a phenomenal wedding and event planner, look no further than Toni. I’ve known Toni for almost two decades and I’ve witnessed firsthand her growth as a person and a producer. Trusting her to handle details leading up to AND on my big day in 2018 was something I didn’t have to think twice about, and my husband agrees. A few weeks prior to our rehearsal dinner and the wedding day itself, Toni proved to be instrumental in the planning process. Toni was calm and patient, yet direct, and her overall demeanor was imperative to making everything run seamlessly, especially when our rehearsal dinner almost didn’t happen due to poor communication from the restaurant. Toni noticed our frustration, stepped up and got the manager to honor our reservation, and my [now] husband and I got to enjoy that time with our families and friends. Toni’s presence and her keen sense of awareness made the entire process enjoyable and stress-free. Again, because of her direction and attention to ALL the details, our photographers were able to capture the most beautiful photos of us and our wedding party as the sun was setting against the backdrop of Staples Center in downtown L.A. We know if it wasn’t for her, those photos would not have captured the same essence. I am eternally grateful to Toni for being apart of the planning of our big day. Again, with much love and gratitude, thank you to Toni for allowing us to just BE on our wedding day. We didn’t have to think twice about the details, leaving us free to enjoy our celebration of love. Toni Helped Make Last Minute Ceremony Amazing :)
At the last minute I decided to turn my baby shower weekend into an elopement…at 8 months pregnant. My now husband and I thought it would be a great opportunity, since his family would be in town, to get married before our baby arrived. I made the decision super last minute and quickly became incredibly overwhelmed with all the tiny details, venues, guest preferences, timing, etc. I knew I needed help and reached out to Toni at Effortlessly Coordinated to help me make our wedding day beautiful / exactly what we wanted…without me having an anxiety attack or going into early labor. She helped us book the venue at Brooklyn bridge park, organize the schedule, hone our vision, stay within budget, and get the perfect after ceremony set up at One If By Land (no small feat in December during the holidays!). Her calm, empathetic, organized, get stuff done work ethic really helped make our day something to remember and I can’t describe how valuable it was for her to help take the stress of coordination off my plate at a time when I was so overwhelmed! I would definitely work with her again and hope to when we do our bigger ceremony in a year or two - after our second baby is a little older! I highly recommend her services
