Ever After Soirées exists because brides deserve to feel genuinely taken care of — not just on paper, but on the day. I started this business after my own wedding day because I felt that it was important for brides to be the main priority on their wedding day and through the planning process. That means handling the vendor coordination, the timelines, and the small problems that come up so you don't have to. I'm based in the Chicago area and work with couples from the final planning stretch through the last dance.

I've been the bride. I know what it feels like when the person who's supposed to be looking out for you isn't, and I built this business so no one else has to feel that on their wedding day. I bring the same attention to the small logistical details as I do to the emotional ones, so you can be fully present instead of managing your own wedding. My background is in strategy and problem-solving, so when something shifts on the day, I adjust quietly and keep things moving without you ever knowing there was an issue.

    Excellent coordination services

    The day of wedding coordination services we received from Ever After Soirées was amazing!!! Aerionna was so attentive to details from my husband and I during our meetings prior to the wedding day. Aerionna gave us great suggestions whenever we needed guidance on our day of schedule. She reached out to all of vendors in advance and during the week of the wedding to confirm all details. Her wedding coordination made our wedding day go very smoothly, and we ended our wedding on time!! I highly recommend Ever After Soirées!

Couples that book their wedding day with me can rest assured that my focus will only be on their special day for the full weekend. I will not book a wedding within 2 days of your wedding day.
In the 6 months leading up to your big day, we will have monthly hour-long Zoom calls where we start creating what we want your day to look like based on the planning you have done thus far. In the final 6-8 weeks, we will meet every 2-3 weeks to flesh out the nitty gritty details. Through this entire process, you are always welcome to text/call or request an additional meeting.
I have coordinated weddings of all sizes that embrace many different traditions including weddings in Catholic and Islamic cultures. I have also coordinated weddings with traditional East Asian traditions. The weddings I have supported have been as small as 30 guests and as large as 215 guests. I have been proud to support brides with zero bridesmaids and brides with 12 bridesmaids. I adjust my services based on your circumstances and needs.
Upon learning of your needs and how you envision your wedding day, I may add an assistant to your wedding coordination team to ensure your day goes as smoothly as possible.
