They were incredibly organized, detail-oriented, and flexible, helping us adapt to last-minute changes on the day of the wedding that we weren't expecting. Gia really listened to what we wanted to do and executed everything flawlessly, from the decorations to the timelines. She also took on the heavy lifting when coordinating vendors, which saved us a lot of stress. Working with Gia was an absolute dream for our wedding day. From the start, Gia's direct, yet warm communication style put us at ease, and her sharp sense of humor made the planning process enjoyable. Gia truly over-delivered on our wedding day, anticipating our needs and solving any problems that arose before we even knew they existed. I've worked with Gia in the past at the San Francisco Symphony, where I witnessed her professionalism and poise firsthand while managing large-scale events like galas, donor dinners, etc. , so I knew that she could absolutely crush being our day-of coordinator for our wedding. True to form, Gia handled every detail so seamlessly that I was able to simply sit back and soak in the joy of the special day. When small hiccups did occur, Gia was already behind the scenes, communicating with vendors to smooth things out. She even went the extra mile to create additional signage the night before when she noticed a few gaps we hadn't thought of. Gia's ability to anticipate our needs and execute flawlessly made her an invaluable asset, and we are forever grateful for the role she played in making our wedding day so perfect.

I was connected with Gia through Mostest after my first planner fell through. With my first planner, I really wasn't sure how helpful having a wedding planner would be. But the moment I talked to Gia, I immediately knew she was the best person to help us. Gia is organized, calm, smart, resourceful, positive, and exudes experience. I always appreciated having her by my side and felt like I could completely trust her. On the day of, once she arrived, I knew I could sit back and relax. I had a non-traditional wedding with many moving parts and unique situations, but Gia was able to stay on top of it all. I cannot recommend Gia enough. She was an incredible partner from the moment I met her.

(From Dad) Gia led us to a successful, seamless, and perfectly smooth wedding day.  We could not imagine how it would have played out without Gia leading the charge. She was present and directed all stages of our wedding and did so while being invisible to our guests. If there was a special request or unanticipated moment of need, she magically appeared and handled it. Gia worked closely with the event staff (venue team, photographer, DJ, and floral coordinator) and unloaded the “Day-of” activities beginning 30 days prior to the event.   She quickly built effective communication with each team and allowed the wedding couple bride and families to prepare for their wedding day completely stress free. I would definitely recommend Gia and her services for any event that requires an event coordinator. Thank you Gia.
