    Jackson WY Wedding Coordinator

    I truly can’t say enough good things about Jeanette with Grand Teton Events. She was such an important part of our wedding and genuinely helped make it the best weekend of our lives. From the very beginning, Jeanette was kind, organized, responsive, easygoing, and so incredibly helpful. Wedding planning can feel like there are a million little details to think about, and she made the entire process feel so much more manageable. She was always there to answer questions, give advice, help us think through logistics, and make sure nothing was forgotten. One of the biggest benefits of working with Jeanette is how incredibly well she knows Jackson and the surrounding area. She knows the venues, local vendors, locations, and all of the little rules and regulations that come with planning a wedding here. She has great relationships within the local wedding community and was able to answer so many questions that we never would have even known to ask. Having someone with that much local knowledge and experience was invaluable throughout the planning process. But where Jeanette really shined was the wedding weekend itself. She handled all of the behind-the-scenes details so seamlessly and made it possible for us to actually be present and enjoy our day instead of worrying about timelines, vendors, setup, or what needed to happen next. Everything flowed so naturally, and I know that was because she was working incredibly hard in the background making sure it did. Jeanette also had her assistant, Emma, with her for the weekend, and we absolutely loved having her there. Emma was incredibly kind, professional, helpful, and SO much fun to be around. She fit right in and brought such a great energy to the weekend while still making sure everything was being taken care of. Jeanette and Emma made such a great team, and we felt completely taken care of by both of them. Jeanette was also just such a calming, positive person to have around. She never made anything feel stressful or like it was a problem — she would just handle it. Having someone we completely trusted there on our wedding day was absolutely priceless. Our wedding was everything we hoped it would be: relaxed, beautiful, fun, and completely us. Jeanette and Emma played such a huge role in making that happen, and we are so grateful for all of the time, care, and effort they put into our weekend. If you are getting married in Jackson and looking for someone who is organized, dependable, down to earth, incredibly knowledgeable about the area, and genuinely cares about making your wedding amazing, I cannot recommend Jeanette and Grand Teton Events enough. We would hire her again in a heartbeat!

    Amazing Event Coordinator

    Jeanette from Grand Teton Events is seriously the "wedding whisperer". She really knows what she is doing, and she made our wedding so magical. She was completely and overwhelmingly amazing. Prior to my wedding day she was extremely helpful with finding other vendors who she knew and trusted. Additionally, she helped keep me organized and on task as my husband and I undertook the daunting task of planning a mountain destination wedding. When we arrived at our venue prior to our wedding rehearsal, Jeanette came early and helped me organize all the decor we had lugged from Houston, TX to Victor, ID. She walked us through venue and showed us the best spots for various parts of the wedding (as we were planning from a distance it was hard to do before hand). During the rehearsal she even volunteered to officiate for us when our officiant didn't arrive on time (luckily, he was ok, and it was just an issue with the cell service and extremely/unforeseen roadwork wait times). But her willingness to take any problem and to wipe that problem away is just one of the many reasons my now husband and I absolutely adored her. On the day of the wedding, she went above and beyond. I gave her my decor ideas and handed off all the decor to her and she was able to use my stuff and made everything look more incredible than I could have ever imagined. If there were any issues on the day of the wedding, I still haven't heard about them. I literally just relaxed with my bridesmaids, got my hair and makeup done, when I looked out of the window, and everything was done. Which is what every bride DREAMS of for her wedding day. HIRE GRAND TETON EVENTS. You won't regret it.

    A perfect guide to magical Jackson Hole weddings

    Jeanette, we cannot express enough how incredibly thankful for you and all you have done for us over this last year and a half! Since we are not from the area, you were our one stop shop for all vendor recommendations and insights in all that the Grand Tetons/Jackson area has to offer. This gave us such a peace of mind when virtually planning a wedding. Your knowledge and connections to so many vendors allowed us so many options so we could find the right ones that fit our vision and our budget. Your day of coordination made the whole day magical for both of us. Your level of both personability and professionalism made this whole process such a breeze. You took the time to get to know us, our vision, and our wishes for our wedding day throughout the whole planning process. So when it came time to make some game time decisions on the day of our wedding (due to weather), I knew I could count on you to make the best call for us. We had the best wedding we could've imagined and it was in no small part due to all the effort you had put in to make it perfect for us.

    Dream Grand Teton Wedding

    I had the privilege of working with Jeanette, our wedding planner, for our dream wedding in Grand Teton National Park. As a couple from Wisconsin unfamiliar with the area, we knew we needed someone with local knowledge to guide us, and Jeanette exceeded our expectations. From our very first contact, Jeanette impressed us with her expertise and genuine interest in our vision. Once we had her on board, she became an invaluable part of making our wedding day perfect. While our ceremony had to be kept simple due to park regulations, Jeanette ensured every detail was flawless. Her coordination with the private restaurant for our reception and the charter bus for our guests was seamless. Her attention to detail and her ability to keep everything running smoothly were exceptional. In sum, we are overjoyed with the support Jeanette provided, and we gladly give her 5 stars. Her profound knowledge of the area was priceless, and her fee was more than justified by the outstanding service she provided. Our wedding day in Grand Teton National Park was a dream come true, and Jeanette played a pivotal role in making it happen.
