Welcome to Hannah Newton Events - A boutique wedding and event planning company based in Southern, CT. With over 10 years experience planning and producing events, we’re passionate about making your unique vision come to life. Whether you’ve just said “Yes” or you’ve booked all of your vendors and you’re looking for wedding day-of management, we are here to fully understand your priorities and ensure your day runs smoothly. We serve ALL couples in CT, NY, NJ and destinations.
With a background in hospitality and running busy event departments with multiple Michelin-starred Chefs in New York City, Hannah has a unique perspective, which allows her to understand the needs of not only a wide variety of clients and families, but also catering and all of your vendors. You will always receive quick responses and honest feedback, but ultimately every final decision will be yours and fully supported. To us, logistics, guest experience and positive energy are everything, because if your guests are happy, you will be relaxed, present and fully able to enjoy your day!

Best Wedding Day of Coordinator
Hannah was the BEST thing to happen to our wedding - I am so grateful to her and her services. She helped me after I needed help to finalize the little things that I would have never thought of. She was able to answer my random questions and made this anxious bride feel so good even before the day arrived. Her vibes are amazing and she was the perfect person to work with for such a big day. I would 10/10 recommend.

An Absolute Rockstar!!!
Hannah was an absolute rockstar from the very beginning of our wedding planning process through the very end of our wedding day! She put so much time and effort into making our busy wedding-day timeline work, ensuring we were able to fit in everything we wanted while still keeping the day running smoothly and on time. We had so many photos and special moments we wanted to capture, and Hannah worked tirelessly behind the scenes to make sure we had time for all of them without ever making the day feel rushed. She kept us on schedule while somehow managing to keep us laughing and smiling throughout it all. Her energy was incredible, and she brought such a calm, positive presence to our entire day. She was so kind, caring, and attentive to both us and our guests. From fixing my veil and constantly checking in on us, to giving us the sweetest compliments and making sure we were comfortable and taken care of, Hannah truly went above and beyond. We always felt like we were in the best hands with her. Her organization, professionalism, thoughtfulness, and genuine care made such a difference throughout the entire planning process and on our wedding day. We are so incredibly grateful for everything she did to make our wedding day so seamless, fun, and stress-free. We truly could not have asked for a better coordinator and would recommend Hannah to any couple without hesitation!

The Absolute Best!!
I truly cannot say enough good things about Hannah. She made my entire wedding experience—from the weeks leading up to the day itself—so seamless and enjoyable. She was incredibly responsive, always helpful with the many questions I had, and often raised important details I hadn’t even thought of. On the wedding day, she handled everything flawlessly—from coordinating all of the vendors to keeping the timeline running smoothly. She has such a calm, reassuring presence that made the entire day feel effortless and stress-free. I felt completely taken care of and able to fully enjoy every moment. The best!!
Hannah was absolutely amazing to work with. We used her day of services, which went far beyond just the day of. She was so helpful with any and every question we had leading up to the wedding. Her experience and knowledge helped us with so many questions before our wedding. She was so generous with her time, and answered my million emails. She went above and beyond on the day of our wedding, making sure everything was perfect. We truly did not have to worry about anything but enjoying our day. She handled all issues that came up throughout the day with ease. We would recommend her to absolutely anyone, you will not regret working with her !!
