Her attention to detail and efficient, cooperative approach ensured our wedding went off without a hitch. Rachael assisted my mom in perfectly setting up the entire venue to match our vision, and she shielded my husband and I from any potential stressors on our wedding day. As someone who has known Rachael for years, I knew she would be the ideal wedding planner even before we got engaged. She is truly an amazing person and friend, and I would highly recommend Happily Ever Events to any couple planning their dream wedding.

Wonderful Experience

My wife insisted on hiring an event planner for our 5-Year Anniversary Celebration. Being the naive cheapskate I am, I thought we could plan everything ourselves and was hesitant to book Rachael. As is *usually* the case, my wife was right and we were both SO HAPPY we hired her! Rachael was extremely flexible with days/times to meet with us. Neither my wife or I really had a specific vision for how our day would look, but Rachael helped guide us every step of the way. She helped us stay organized and plan everything to a T. She has a preferred list of vendors that made it really easy to know who to contact for various services. She was on top of every appointment/check-point/payment due date. On the day of, she was extremely hands-on. We were able to enjoy our party without having to worry about any details big or small, because Rachael anticipated our every need. At one point my hair started to fall, and before I could even ask her for a bobby pin she was there on the spot to fix it. Additionally, my wife's dress had a mishap with the hem. Rachael was instantly there with a sewing kit to save the day. We cannot recommend her enough; she was an absolute joy to work with! 10/10!

Rachael and her team at happily ever events were incredible!! My fiancé, and I truly felt our wedding day was perfect and seamless and it was really thanks to Happily Ever Events. From our first meeting, we felt so much more at ease with the whole wedding planning process all the way through the actual day Rachael took care of everything that we needed and made us feel so supported throughout the whole process! If any minor issues came up, she took care of them without bringing them to my attention, allowing me to fully enjoy my wedding day without unnecessary stress or interruptions. She also did an amazing job making sure all of our decor was put back exactly where it belonged and that everything was taken care of at the end of the night. Having someone I could completely trust to handle the details was such a huge relief. She kept everything running smoothly and allowed us to focus on celebrating with our family and friends. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Rachel and her team! We hired her as the day of coordinator for our daughter's wedding at the Brightside in Dayton and it was without a doubt one of the best decisions we made for the day. Her excellent communication and organizational skills were obvious from our first meeting. She cares about her brides and made my daughter's vision come to life. Not to mention she coordinated the vendors and the venue the day of, allowing us to be fully present and enjoy every moment. I don't know what else to say except Rachel is exceptional at what she does and I can't recommend her highly enough! Hire her, it is money well spent and you won't regret it!
