Horrible Service for Wedding

I am greatly disappointed in the services of Heather Farr Events. At my August wedding, I did so much work. The photographer and videographer were constantly asking me questions, and I had to keep everything on track - this was not my responsibility. It was the responsibility of the planner, who failed to manage the timeline, and at one point, my husband couldn't find her to assist with opening the door to our bridal suite so I could change before my first dance.

We couldn’t have asked for a better month-of coordinator! Heather was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She was incredibly organized, on top of every detail, and always quick to answer my many questions throughout the process. She made the entire experience feel seamless and stress-free, allowing us to truly enjoy our wedding day. Everything came together perfectly, and our vision was brought to life exactly how we imagined. We are so grateful for all of her hard work and would highly recommend her to any couple planning their wedding!

As a wedding photographer I love working with Heather when I have the chance. Her and her team take great care in making sure the day runs smoothly. She's very thorough in the timeline making my job much easier and I can just focus on doing what I do best! We hired Heather as the planner for our wedding and our experience working with her was phenomenal! She took the time to get to know us personally and understand our vision and budget, and literally everything from there was such a breeze. She made the venue/vendor search so easy, ensured we were thinking of every detail without making it overwhelming, coordinated with all of our vendors, and ensured the day of logistics were seamless.
