My name is Lindsey, I have been running events for 13 years now. Most of my experience is from a venue perspective but in 2022, I decided to start my own business! I love coordinating events but my passion is in event design! Incorporating unique design elements that not only fit your budget but represent you and your relationship!

Every part of an event from the setup, the decor, and the timeline, can make or break an event. My brain pretty much starts to troubleshoot from day one, what can I say, it's a blessing and a curse! Lol In all honesty, I want you to have a perfectly designed and coordinated event, so you and all your guests have a blast! Between my coordination experience, eye for design, wholesale floral account, and minister license; I hope to save you money, time, and stress. This process should be fun! I will work with you to help get what you want, in the least stressful way.

    Amazing Day of Coordination

    Lindsey was such a wonderful day of coordinator! She was very communicative and open to questions well ahead of our wedding day. As someone who has trouble letting go of control on big projects, I knew I needed someone I could trust to take care of everything so I could just enjoy our wedding as the bride. Lindsey was exactly the person we needed. She ensured everything ran smoothly, created a realistic timeline that allowed room for us to breathe and just enjoy our day, and saved the day when we forgot to have our vendors fill out contracts with the venue. She even had my comfortable shoes ready to go under my seat at the head table so I wouldn't have to leave the party to get comfortable. We are so grateful to have had her as our coordinator and would recommend her immensely!

    Best Coordinator Ever

    Our wedding day would not have been possible without Lindsey. She is so easy to talk to, provided seamless coordination between all the vendors, and brought every vision I had and more to life! She has such a keen eye for detail and is an incredible artist when it comes to decoration. She not only listened to every idea I had but also built on them which helped to develop so much trust in her. Everything she did from our invitations to the massive drapery builds was executed flawlessly.  We had a last minute venue change (because nothing in wedding planning is ever easy) and she not only kept me calm but navigated how we were going to update the invites with such grace and calm that I couldn’t help but follow suit. She is an absolute DREAM to work with and I’d do it all again x10 with her as our coordinator.  I hope to have the opportunity to work with her again in the future! I’d give her a million stars if that was an option

    I truly don’t have enough words to express how grateful we are for Lindsey and all that she did to make our wedding day absolutely perfect. From start to finish, she made sure every T was crossed and every I was dotted — nothing was overlooked. Every single detail flowed seamlessly because of her hard work and heart. Walking into our venue for the first time quite literally brought me to tears. The way Lindsey decorated and brought our vision to life was beyond anything I could’ve ever imagined — it felt like stepping into a dream. Every table, every floral accent, every cozy, romantic touch was pure magic. Lindsey wasn’t just a coordinator — she was our calm, our creative eye, and our behind-the-scenes hero. The wedding world is crazy expensive, I want to work with all my clients to better fit their budget. Or at the very least help them find other ways to make their dream wedding on a budget! We talk about your biggest needs and figure out how I can help best.
I love working with florals! I am not a florist but I created and fixed many bouquets. Done small centerpieces and arch floral as well!
I have been running all types of events for the last 15 years. It’s honestly has become second nature. Although I LOVE to be on time for all the things, I realize that in a day packed full of things to do, you just have to have some flexibility. By doing so and communicating to the correct people, you will end up with a much smoother event than if you force it.
Coordinating can mean a lot of things. I like to take as much as possible off you and your family/friends. That can mean full setup, full breakdown, coordination of your main timeline, communication throughout with all vendors, fixing any issues that pop up and so much more! I don’t just show up the day of and do the things. This starts about a month prior so I can touch base with everyone and make sure we are on the same page. As well as open communication upon booking.
Absolutely! We talk about your vision and I like to chat about things that can make your event unique to you! I can get any kind of linen or rental items that you can think of and even create some special things just for you!
