Best Coordinator Ever!

If you are considering hiring a coordinator, this is the company for you!!!!! I was hesitant at first to spend money on a coordinator given I had a day of coordinator through my venue, but as we inched closer to the wedding I knew it would be money well spent. I was placed with Brittany who truly is the best of the best at what she does. She went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, happy, and at ease before and during our wedding. We did the month of coordinator package and I have absolutely no regrets. Brittany was SO attentive, she made my bridal party and family feel well cared for, she made sure me and my husband always had a drink or food in front of us, she alerted us of anything that needed addressing… I could go on and on! She is the best. The sweetest. And I am forever grateful she made our day as good as it was. HIRE THEM!

Julia was absolutely incredible to work with. She was so detail oriented and communicative, and made our wedding day feel seamless and perfect. Cannot recommend her enough!!

I am at a loss for words on truly how incredible JB Agency was for our wedding. Julia Beth is more than just a month-of coordinator - she’s a life savor! She went above and beyond and I am confident that our wedding would not have been the amazing day it was without her. We had a big wedding of 200 people with a ton of moving pieces, and we had it at a federal building in DC which presented its own set of obstacles. We also ran into many unexpected hurdles caused by our venue that caused Julia to have to put in a ton of extra time and effort on our behalf, and she did it ALL with a smile and a positive attitude. If you want to find a coordinator that you can trust wholeheartedly, plus not to mention one who you can find a good friend in (she has such a great and genuine personality!!), then JB Agency is your winner!!! ALL expectations have been exceeded - I really have nothing but the BEST things to say about this agency and about Julia Beth! :)

My wife and I absolutely loved working with Julia and Brittany from JB Agency! They were recommended to us by a friend, and they didn't disappoint. Hands down they were the most responsive vendor by far. We used JB Agency for their day-of coordinator services. Julia helped lay the groundwork for what our day-of coordinator would need, and Brittany, along with her assistant Kadalina, executed the plans on the day of the wedding. Both Julia and Brittany were very organized, communicated what they needed from us, and were flexible when changes arose. Something we weren't expecting, but was a welcome surprise, from JB Agency was their cache of decor items that were included in their day-of coordinator services. (A few items were an additional charge, but we only used ones that were included in our package.) This was a nice benefit when accounting for the costs of decor items that we’d likely only use once in our wedding. Overall 10/10 working with JB Agency! They’re fantastic!

Julia Beth was amazing to work with throughout the planning of our wedding! We had less than 2 months to execute it too! She helped provide guidance on all the details and things to purchase etc. She put together a rehearsal and day of wedding planning timeline and packet for all the folks in our bridal party. She helped execute on all of my desires and my vision for the day of. She and her team were so easy to work with and very flexible on the fly the day of the wedding. They made us feel like a King and Queen that day. Kept a pulse on us and kept us on our timeline. I was very impressed by her professionalism and her ability to say “no that won’t look right or no don’t do that for these reasons.” I can appreciate good candor and guidance to keep me on the right track. She is the best and I highly recommend her!!
