Taylored Events also has an extensive collection of unique rentals to offer couples - lounge/furniture, decor, centerpieces, signage, and more! Taylored Events is your one-stop-shop for all things coordination & design - we set up any decor you provide, as well as the rentals you reserve from us. We also offer affordable, customized florals to meet your vision!

We believe and know that every couple needs a different level of assistance in planning or coordinating their big day - we are happy to provide custom packages for any couple! Envisioning decor you do not see in our inventory? We are happy to discuss purchasing items to add to our inventory so that you do not have to buy/store said items!

Worth every penny!
If there is one vendor you absolutely need on your wedding day, it is this one! I chose the day-of coordinator package, but it was so much more than day-of. Taylor stepped in a few weeks before our wedding and confirmed emails and timelines with vendors, kept the rehearsal on track and allowed my husband and I to truly be present on our wedding day. If anything went wrong on the day of my wedding, I did not even notice and that is all due to Taylor and her team! Everything on our wedding day went FLAWLESSLY and we couldn’t have picked a better coordinator. We worked closely with Taylor and her presence was very grounded, calm, and confident. She ensured we actually ate, drank, and enjoyed the party we were throwing, all while being the main point person for everyone. Our friends and family all noticed as well and complimented this team, 10/10 experience!

I can’t adequately put into words how special and important of a role that Taylor and her team played on my wedding day. It’s because when a job like this is done well, you don’t even notice it’s happening. It’s the overwhelming peace of trusting that she is keeping everything moving, which allows you to be fully present on your wedding day. A literal dream. Taylor is calm, collected, and decisive, yet warm and flexible. She listens, but knows when to lead. In addition to her coordination services, we also used her rentals and floral services - which she knocked out of the park. She saw my vision, understood, and executed seamlessly. My florals were playful, timeless, and full of life. As a type A girlie myself, wedding brain is so real, and having Taylor in my corner was the quiet reassurance that I needed. No notes. Just book her.

An invaluable resource for your wedding day!
There aren’t enough kind words in the English vocabulary to describe how we feel about Taylor and her team. From the first phone call I felt full confidence in my choice of coordinator. Flash forward to wedding day, we used Taylored Events for rentals, floral arrangements, and coordination. Taylor & her team knocked everything out of the park. As bride and groom, our wedding day was absolute magic because of the immense trust we had in Taylor. We were able to be fully present with each other and our guests for the entire day. We truly cannot say enough good things about Taylored Events & Rentals! From day one, communication was so easy and quick, which made the entire process feel stress-free. Taylor was incredibly kind, organized, and so thoughtful with every detail. The decor and rentals were absolutely beautiful and exceeded our expectations. Everything came together so perfectly! from the ceremony setup to the table details and sweetheart table. You can truly tell how much care and heart goes into their work. The fact that pieces were repurposed throughout the day was such a special touch and made everything feel even more intentional. On top of all of that, the pricing was very fair for the quality and level of service we received. Setup and breakdown were seamless, and we felt so taken care of. We are beyond grateful and would recommend Taylored Events & Rentals to any couple looking for someone who genuinely cares about making your day beautiful and special.
