    The Ultimate Coordinator

I don’t even know where to begin…Jeremy took amazing care of us, no detail spared. Out meetings throughout the planning process were what held me together and gave me the utmost confidence we’d have the most incredible day celebrating our wedding! I was so happy with every single aspect of our experience.

    Professional, Warm, Talented

Working with Jeremy Squared Wedding and Event Planning has been a genuine pleasure from start to finish. They bring a warmth to their communication that puts everyone at ease, while maintaining the professionalism needed to handle every detail with precision. What really sets them apart is their talent for customizing each event to reflect their clients' vision, nothing feels cookie-cutter or rushed. They go above and beyond for both clients and vendor partners, which speaks volumes about their commitment to excellence. I'm looking forward to collaborating with them on future events and highly recommend them to any couple seeking planners who truly prioritize exceptional service.

Host of a Large Fanily Reunio

Jeremy beautifully orchestrated a large family reunion for us. Along with the details, he was our emcee. He was funny, personable, and inclusive... he kept the entire day running smoothing and timely. Jeremy was many of the guests favorite part of the day.

Full Planning handles everything from day one: budget creation, vendor sourcing, design concepts, and full execution. Partial Planning is ideal if you’ve already booked key vendors or defined your vision but need help staying on track and managing complex logistics. Month-Of Coordination (often called Day-Of) kicks in 4–6 weeks before the wedding to take over existing contracts, finalize the timeline, run rehearsal, and manage the event day.
Wedding planners generally use one of three pricing models: a flat fee based on scope, a percentage of your total wedding budget (typically 10%–20%), or an hourly rate for ad-hoc consultation. Ensure you ask whether travel fees, assistant fees, or overtime are billed separately.
Professional planners operate with complete transparency. All vendor recommendations should be based entirely on your vision, style, and budget—never on kickbacks or vendor commissions.
Even if a planner hasn't worked at your exact venue, an experienced professional knows how to evaluate load-in rules, sound ordinances, spatial layouts, and catering setups during a preliminary walkthrough.
Absolutely! The person you book with is the person who will be with you on your wedding day. We never send an associate; we send a Jeremy!
Doing a First Look lets you knock out most couples, wedding party, and family portraits prior to the ceremony. This allows you to attend your own cocktail hour and keeps the post-ceremony timeline relaxed. If you prefer a traditional aisle moment, budget 90 minutes post-ceremony strictly for portraits.
Your planning team manages the teardown process—collecting gifts, card boxes, guestbook, leftover florals, and personal decor—and loads them directly into a designated family member's vehicle or venue storage before vendor cleanup wraps up.
