Kiara Acevedo is an event planner and designer with over seven years of experience bringing weddings and special events to life. With a love for thoughtful details, beautiful florals, and intentional design, she enjoys creating celebrations that truly feel like the people behind them. Alongside Carolina and Gabriela, Kiara works closely with clients throughout the planning process, from the first ideas to the final details. Together, they keep things organized, collaborative, and, most importantly, enjoyable. At the end of the day, the goal is simple: create a beautiful event, make the process feel easy, and make sure you enjoy it.

We’re a little bit of an all-in-one team. We handle planning, event design, and florals, which means we’re able to look at the whole picture and make sure everything feels connected. From your timeline to your tablescape and flowers, we’re involved in all the little details that bring the day together. We also keep the process collaborative and personal. You get to be part of the fun decisions while we handle the logistics, vendors, and behind-the-scenes details. That way planning feels exciting, not overwhelming.
