I specialize in planning and coordination for couples who want to enjoy their wedding without worrying about timelines, vendors, or last-minute details. I take on a limited number of weddings so each couple receives personalized attention, proactive communication, and a coordinator who genuinely cares. On your wedding day, I’m there to anticipate needs, solve problems quietly, and ensure everything flows seamlessly so you can be fully present and stress-free.

Description	From start to finish we work together to make your dream wedding a reality	You have the vision and have done some of the work, let me help you fine tune everything and take some of the stress of the planning off your plate	Same as day of, just on a smaller scale for your intimate day to celebrate love. We will work together to put together a package that makes the most sense for you and your day. This is for weddings with 40 or less guests.	You have carefully put together the day of your dreams with hand picked vendors and thoughtful design decisions. This is where I step in to make sure you can fully enjoy your day.

Bride of an intimate wedding
We had an intimate 30-person wedding and were nervous about managing everything with such a small team, but Karisa from Kane Collective Events made it effortless. Her calm presence and organized approach meant we ydidn't have to stress about a single detail on our big day. She handled every aspect smoothly and stayed cool when unexpected moments came up, figuring out solutions before we even realized there was a problem. Karisa was responsive to all our questions leading up to the wedding and kept us in the loop every step of the way. Thanks to her hard work and dedication, we got to actually enjoy our entire evening instead of worrying about logistics. Pure Magic
My daughter's wedding was approaching, when my father suddenly passed away. I did not know what to do. I reached out to Karisa and asked for help. Within 24 hours of that first phone call, she had a list of vendors and pricing for me to consider and took over the communication with the venue. She was a lifesaver. The process from then on until the big day was easy. I wasn't even stressed. She handled everything beautifully. Communication, professionalism and quality was top notch. Every vendor she recommended exceeded our expectations. She also kept us within our budget. On the big day, she was in full control and made sure every detail was executed. It was a perfect day that everyone enjoyed. It was pure magic! Karisa is a joy to work with and I highly recommend.

AMAZING
Karisa was absolutely amazing. She is genuinely the entire reason my wedding went smoothly, and we had the best time. We found her last minute one month before our wedding, and she took over with such little time and made everything perfect. Her level of professionalism and communication is absolutely unmatched. I have recommended her to friends who plan on getting married and will continue to recommend her! Seriously please work with her she is the absolute best.

Total Game Changer
Karisa was a total game-changer for our wedding. I’ll be honest, I was worried about the logistics and the stress of the day, but she handled everything so seamlessly that I actually got to enjoy myself. She was incredibly organized, stayed calm when things got busy, and always seemed to be two steps ahead of us. Having her there made the whole experience stress-free. I couldn’t have asked for a better coordinator, and I’d recommend her to any guy who wants their wedding day to run perfectly.
