What sets One Fabulous Event apart from other coordinators is that we begin working with as soon as we are contracted. We know that we cannot meet with you one week or month prior to your wedding & be successful. The unlimited communication helps set our bride's mind at ease & helps everyone be more successful & ensure a smooth wedding. Every package comes with one initial planning & design meeting where we go over our timeline questionnaire & everything wedding! The best part, two weeks after our planning meeting you will have your first draft timeline.

    One Fabulous Event... truly Fabulous

    Angela, from One Fabulous Event, was an absolute rockstar of a coordinator. From our first meeting, to the end of the event, she coordinated everything and made sure we had the wedding of our dreams. Angela even saved us from getting scammed by a photography company, and this was only a week after we hired her. Her expertise is evident, and if I had to recommend a wedding planner to anyone getting married in San Diego, it will always be Angela. We can't thank her enough for all her work! Your wedding day is in safe and experienced hands with One Fabulous Event.

    HIRE HER!

    Angela is a seasoned professional who will think of every single detail and make your event run seamlessly. She is shockingly affordable for the amount of work she puts into your event and very competitively priced compared to the other planners I was looking into and the amount of involvement they offered... She is also a pleasure to work with. We hired her about a year before our wedding and she took over communications with our vendors that far out and coordinated day of. It was such a huge weight off my shoulders and she thought of things I wouldn't have (of course). GET THE PLANNER! And hire Angela if you're in San Diego! She's worth every penny. Thank you again for making our special day so amazing!

    The Absolute Best Planner in San Diego

    I'll be honest: I almost didn't write this review because I figured my wife would handle it. But Angela deserves to hear from the groom too. Wedding planning is one of those processes where you don't fully appreciate what your planner is doing until something goes wrong... and with Angela, nothing did. At least not that we knew about. That's the point. From our first interactions, it was clear Angela was more than just organized. Any planner can be "organized." Angela was *meticulous.* The timeline she built for our wedding was one of the most impressive planning documents I've ever seen: detailed, comprehensive, and thorough enough to even include outstanding balances and due dates for every vendor. She knew every contract detail better than we did. Maybe even better than the vendors who wrote the contracts! Looking at it, I remember thinking: "ohhh, this is why people hire planners." Angela didn’t just execute. She had taste and judgment. When our programs didn't fit the napkins as planned, she didn't just solve the problem. She came up with a solution that looked better than the original. When the rental company showed up with one too few tables, she rearranged things so seamlessly that no one noticed. As the groom, I can tell you: I felt completely taken care of. I could exhale and enjoy my day. I cannot overstate how *valuable* that was. Angela has this rare ability to run everything on a precise schedule while improvising masterfully when the moment calls for it. Equal parts conductor and jazz musician. If something went wrong at our wedding, I still don't know about it. That's Angela. Hire her before someone else does.

    Angela at OFE is an excellent coordinator!

    Working with One Fabulous Event was such a help during our wedding planning. From our first meeting, Angela was quick to respond and stayed on top of every detail. She keeps an incredibly helpful “master schedule” that she kept filled in over time as you lock everything in. She kept our family organized and on schedule throughout the day, which honestly felt like magic. When we had questions, she offered solid suggestions but never pushed us too hard in any direction. Her thoroughness showed in every aspect of our wedding, and we felt confident the whole time knowing someone was handling all the logistics. We'd definitely recommend OFE to any couple looking for a planner who listens and delivers.

    Angela did a tremendous job from day one - she thought of every detail and made sure our event went just as we wanted. The day of the wedding, she managed everything smoothly and professionally. Our guests gushed at how the whole event was flawless and so much fun. It was so great to have Angela manage everything so well that we were able to fully enjoy our wedding.
