Best wedding coordinator

We booked Katie as our coordinator for our wedding in Oregon last year and it was the best decision. She was always on top of everything even though she was helping us plan from out of state. She saw our vision right away and helped us bring that to life the day of. We got to enjoy our wedding thanks to her help!

Katie was the best wedding planner we could’ve hoped for! She was very responsive and answered all our questions. We were working within a budget and she was able to make our intimate wedding possible! Katie helped us from the very beginning with choosing our venue to being our day of coordinator. Our wedding went very smoothly and on time. In addition, she created all the floral arrangements for our wedding and tea ceremony! Everything was beautiful! She made our dreams come true and we are so happy to have worked with Katie!

As an event planner myself, I can confirm that Katie is detail oriented, cares greatly about her couples and their vision for their event, brings beautiful floral experience, and ensures everything runs smoothly. She listens to what we want and helps bring the vision to life with her experience and skills. Her level of detail is impeccable and her planning skills cover so many things that you don’t even realize you need to think of. Every meeting with her is just such good energy and vibes. Secondly, she is very well connected with other vendors and has great relationships. You can tell she has amazing people skills through just interactions with her, but once you see how she works with vendors you will know what I’m saying. The way she orchestrates all the chess pieces is amazing to witness. Last but not least, just one of the best decisions ever made. You know when you’re making a huge decision and you go back and forth about if it’s a good idea to do it? I can confidently say that once I met with Katie for the first time, it was an easy decision to move forward. It is super important to be on the same page with someone when you’re trusting them with such an important piece of your life. I felt so confident in her work and the partnership, I knew it would not be a wrong decision. If you're on the fence of deciding whether you need a planner/day of coordinator or not, just do it. Trust me, your life will be made easier!!! If you have a budget for one, I highly recommend. Also she is willing to work with you on payment options and how to work closer with your budget which is amazing!
