Full-service planning is designed for couples who want trusted guidance from the first conversation to the last dance. We oversee contracts, vendor communication, timelines, logistics, and countless behind-the-scenes details while helping you make informed decisions every step of the way. The result is a thoughtful, organized planning experience that allows you to stay present and enjoy the journey.

Planning a wedding away from home comes with unique logistics, timelines, and considerations. Our Destination Planning service provides thoughtful guidance through vendor sourcing, travel coordination, guest logistics, design, and on-site execution so you can stay focused on the experience while we help manage the details behind the scenes.

Partial Planning is designed for couples who have already started planning but want expert guidance as decisions become more complex. We provide ongoing support, vendor recommendations, budget guidance, design direction, and planning oversight to help you stay organized, confident, and on track without carrying the entire process on your own.

Event Management is designed for couples who have planned their wedding but want a professional team to take over the final details and execution. Beginning several weeks before the wedding, we review vendor contracts, create a comprehensive timeline, confirm logistics, and coordinate every moving piece so you can be fully present and enjoy your celebration.

    Working with Haylie is such a treat! She brings such a calm, positive energy to the planning process and is the kind of planner who makes everyone around her feel like part of the team. You can tell how much she genuinely cares about her couples and the experience she’s creating for them, and that really comes through in every detail. She’s thoughtful, collaborative, and just genuinely fun to have around on wedding days. We loved having her at the Kimpton Gray for Maddie Pat’s wedding and watching everything come together so beautifully.     Haylie and her team went above and beyond to make sure our wedding day went as smoothly and seamlessly as possible. They handled countless “fires” behind the scenes—many of which we never even knew about—so that we could simply enjoy our wedding day and be fully present with our family and friends. From working with our vendors and the venue to navigating the inevitable family questions and last-minute details, it was clear from the very beginning that Haylie genuinely made our satisfaction her top priority. In the months leading up to the wedding, we met with her bi-weekly to talk through everything, both big and small. She was always organized, proactive, and incredibly responsive, and she took the lead in coordinating with our vendors and venue so that we never felt like we had to manage everything ourselves. Haylie also made herself available whenever we needed her and was an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. Her calm, thoughtful, and professional approach gave us so much confidence leading up to the wedding—and even more importantly, allowed us to completely let go and enjoy the day itself.
