    Amazing Event with KTH Events

    Kathy made planning our event such a joy! She knew all the right people to connect us with for tents, chairs, supplies, and even helped us find an amazing singer for our event. She thought of so many little things we never would have considered and was always there to help, answer questions, and make sure nothing got overlooked. You can tell Kathy truly cares about making your event special and making sure everything goes smoothly. We had such a great experience with KTH Events and are so thankful we had their help!

    Couldn’t ask for a better wedding coordinator

    When you have the wedding party, myself and my bride chanting her name, you know she did an amazing job! Kathy and her team were absolutely stellar. Not only did they bring such a calming energy to the wedding planning process, she gave us such great advice and honestly helped make the entire wedding feel seamless. When I had a wardrobe issue, she instantly calmed me down, broke out the utility chest, and helped me fix my broken button. My wife and I joke that our only complaint is that we don’t have another event going on soon where we could hire Kathy again. I’ve been recommending her to my friends that are getting married soon, and I cannot recommend her enough. If you’re on the fence, just know that my wife and I were so happy we decided to go with Kathy. She will make you feel relaxed, taken care of, and she keeps the atmosphere light and fun. She made planning feel fun and stress-free instead of overwhelming. She truly went above and beyond in every way — from ironing linens the night before to helping clean up after a full day of coordinating. On the wedding day, everything was executed so seamlessly and smoothly that we were able to fully enjoy every moment. We truly could not have asked for a better coordinator!

No—each wedding receives our full, dedicated attention. I only take on one wedding per day (and per weekend when applicable) so I can be fully present and focused on my couple. This ensures nothing is rushed, details aren’t missed, and you receive the level of care and attention you deserve on such an important day.
