I wanted my wedding to feel very girly, beautiful, and thoughtfully designed, and décor was one of the biggest priorities for me. Every color was put together so perfectly, and all of my ideas truly came to life. From the beginning, I felt supported and understood. My wedding day felt calm, organized, and stress-free. Even with a large number of guests, everyone was accommodated so well and everything stayed under control throughout the entire day. I’m incredibly grateful for this company and the experience they gave me. They helped create such a beautiful atmosphere while making sure everything ran smoothly, and I was actually able to enjoy my wedding day. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

My Special Day

When I first reached out to Chai, I didn’t know what to expect, what to do, or even what questions to ask. She guided me through the entire process and made everything feel so much easier. I truly loved working with this company. Even though we had a small wedding, she brought an extra teammate to help with setup and make sure everything ran smoothly. She came prepared with an emergency kit that had everything you could think of: snacks, a sewing kit, Band-Aids, lotion, clothespins, and so much more. She was ready for anything. I had a lot of anxiety throughout the day, and she helped me stay calm, present, and enjoy the moment instead of worrying. Having her there gave me so much peace of mind, and I’m so grateful she was part of our wedding day.
