Lead Planner/Coordinator

I started event coordination five years ago when I organized a Christmas party for 360 guests. However, my true passion for this work began while planning my own wedding, where I handled everything from design to vendor management. My favorite aspect of this career is the many friendships I have built along the way. I am a bilingual (English-Spanish) coordinator and based in the North Sound. I'm available to travel through Oregon. Unlike standard 60-day coordination, my services begin as soon as you reserve your date. I believe in open communication and welcome the opportunity to collaborate and share ideas throughout the planning process.

We step in during the final stages of planning to become your trusted point of contact and oversee the details that make your wedding day flow effortlessly. From coordinating vendors and managing the timeline to assisting with setup, directing the wedding party, and handling unexpected details, we are there to keep everything organized and on schedule.

This service provides dedicated coordination for a portion of your wedding day, allowing you to relax and be fully present while we manage the details, timeline, and logistics. We can assist with vendor communication, ceremony and reception setup, timeline management, cueing important moments, coordinating the wedding party, and troubleshooting any unexpected details that arise.

Basic Coordination included but not limited to : 10-12 hour service, Basic set up and take down, Managing vendors , timing and cueing of Procession and Recession. Rehearsal added at an extra charge

Includes 10-12 hours of Basic Day of Coordinator and all required assistance by the couple. Rehearsal at additional cost
