And because we have an extensive inventory of wedding décor and rentals, we can often provide many of the pieces needed to bring that design to life — from centerpieces, candles and table décor to arches, backdrops, signage, specialty displays and more. But we aren’t limited to what we already have. If you can envision it, chances are we can create it.

The Full Planning service is perfect for couples that really don’t have the time to manage the planning for their wedding. They really are looking for a partner in managing all the actions for a the wedding including the budget, vendors, and all the details of the wedding. This package also includes event design & decor as well as day-of coordination for the rehearsal and wedding day. Price varies by guest count.

The Partial planning service is perfect for couples who have already planned the wedding, but need an extra set of hands to work through their checklist of tasks in the month before the wedding. This can include arranging or hotel accommodations, travel arrangements, seating charts, day-of coordination and anything else you need help with. Price varies by guest count.

You’ve planned the wedding—now let us bring it all together! Our coordination begins 3 months before your wedding as we learn your plans, connect with vendors, create your timeline and prepare for a seamless day. Our multi-person coordination team manages your rehearsal, vendors, timeline and wedding-day details, allowing you and your family to relax and enjoy every moment. Pricing is based on the level of support your wedding requires.

    Crisis Averted

    Jennifer and her sisters are the dream team! I wasn’t sure we’d need a coordinator (my mom had everything “under control”), but then The Great Flower Crisis of 2025 hit. They jumped in with faux florals, fixed everything—centerpieces, bouquets, all of it—and somehow made it even better than I imagined. Calm, professional, and absolutely clutch. Hire them. You won’t regret it!

    Perfection

    The planner was incredibly accommodating throughout the entire process. We selected our venue, The Audrey in Cannonsburg, PA, less than six months before the wedding, and the team kept us well-informed about all the key milestones leading up to our special day. The ability to pay online made everything much simpler for us. Most of our communication took place via email and the website, and we faced no issues at all. Our vendors collaborated seamlessly with Masterpiece Studio, ensuring that our wedding day went off without a hitch. We relied on Masterpiece Studio for day-of coordination, upholstery, and decorations, and they executed our vision beautifully. Additionally, the team went above and beyond at the end of the night, making sure I didn't leave anything behind. Overall, they truly captured my vision perfectly!

    MasterPieces and my wedding

    Masterpieces Studio was extremely professional. They helped to create my fairytale wedding. They were responsive and easy to communicate with. Masterpieces helped design my wedding decor, including our table decorations, various signs around our venue, and our wedding invitations. I would highly recommend that any bride works with Masterpieces Studio.

    Baby Shower Decor

    I had a co-ed baby shower and worked with Masterpieces Studio for all my decorations. They went above and beyond and everything turned out perfect. From the diaper centerpieces, box letters (to spell our daughter’s name), to our koozie favors and more we got so many compliments. Very easy to work with and great communication. Would highly recommend!

Yes, we have many decor items in our inventory available as rentals. We are growing our inventory, so if we don't have something you want we will rent it, buy it, or make it for you as a rental item! Additional customization costs may be required depending on the item.
Absolutely! If you have a vision for your wedding but don’t have the time—or desire—to source, create, store, and resell everything afterward, we can take care of it for you. We can design and create custom décor pieces specifically for your wedding, incorporate items from our rental collection, and handle the details from design through setup and tear-down. You get a beautifully personalized wedding without being left with a house full of décor when it’s over.
Absolutely! Wedding design and decorating are a big part of what we do. We can help bring your vision together through color palettes, tablescapes, centerpieces, signage, florals, linens, and other décor details, then handle the setup so everything comes together beautifully on your wedding day. We also have an extensive décor and rental collection available to our clients, which can help simplify the process and eliminate the need to purchase everything yourself.
Absolutely! We’re happy to incorporate décor you’ve purchased or already own into your wedding design. We’ll work with you ahead of time to determine how each piece will be used and create a setup plan for your wedding day. We simply ask that all client-provided décor be organized, clearly labeled, and ready for setup. Depending on the amount of décor and setup required, additional decorating or staffing fees may apply.
Yes! We offer both fresh and faux floral design for our wedding clients, including bouquets, boutonnieres, centerpieces, ceremony flowers, and other floral accents. We can use fresh flowers, high-quality faux florals, or a combination of both to create a beautiful, cohesive look that complements your wedding style and budget. We also look for opportunities to repurpose your florals throughout the day. When possible, our team can relocate arrangements from your ceremony to your reception or other spaces, allowing you to enjoy them throughout your celebration and get the most from your floral investment.
We recommend reaching out as soon as you have your wedding date and venue secured—especially for popular dates and peak wedding season. Many of our couples book 9–18 months in advance, particularly for planning, design, and decorating services. However, we’re always happy to accommodate shorter timelines when our schedule allows, so it’s never too late to ask!
Yes! We understand that weddings involve many different investments, from planning and coordination to décor, rentals, and floral services. We make payments manageable by requiring a retainer to reserve your date, with the remaining balance divided into scheduled payments leading up to your wedding. As your design, décor, rental, and floral plans come together, any additional services or items added will be clearly outlined so you can plan with confidence and stay within your budget.
