Sweet & Calming Presence
Kali was our day-of coordinator and primary contact in the weeks leading up, and she was incredibly responsive. I always knew I could count on her. She brought Abby with her on the wedding day as an extra set of hands, and together they were fantastic. When little hiccups came up Kali helped me stay calm, talked through options without pushing her own opinion, and quietly fixed issues before we even noticed. She was organized, professional, and genuinely calming to have around — my bridesmaids loved her too. I’d hire Kali again in a heartbeat and recommend this team to any couple who wants a calm, reliable presence and real peace of mind.

Working with Maye Events LLC was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Kali and Abby were great! They were on time, extremely kind, and so easy to work with. They made sure our timeline stayed on track and everything went according to plan. Throughout the entire night, they continued checking in with both me and Matt to make sure we were okay and had everything we needed. I felt completely comfortable with them and was able to enjoy our wedding knowing they were there making sure everything was taken care of.
