    Engagement party

    We hired ML Events & Florals LLC to plan our wedding and handle all the florals, and they made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. The team communicated with us quickly and was always honest about what would work best for our vision, which we really appreciated. Every detail felt thoughtful and creative, from the way they coordinated the flowers with the overall design to how they executed everything on the day itself.     Excellent Planning for High School Graduation!

    I’m so grateful to ML Events & Florals for making my high school graduation party so special! From the beginning they were incredibly friendly, professional, and easy to work with. The decorations and setup were absolutely beautiful, and you could tell how much care and attention to detail went into everything. She went above and beyond to make sure everything looked amazing and I got so many compliments from our guests on the setup and how beautiful everything turned out. It made the celebration even more special for me and my family. I have planned and coordinated multiple weddings and special events, from intimate celebrations to larger weddings with multiple vendors and detailed timelines. I specialize in wedding management, logistics, décor, and floral design. My approach is calm, organized, and highly personalized. I focus on bringing every detail together so each couple can enjoy a beautiful, smooth, and stress-free celebration.
Yes. You will work directly with me, Margarita Laverde, throughout the planning process. On your wedding day, I will have a photography coordinator who will help organize the must-have photos, gather the right people, and keep the photography schedule running smoothly. I believe this is essential for keeping the overall timeline on track and creating a stress-free experience. Another team member will assist with venue setup, décor installation, and other event-day details. You will have a minimum of three team members working together to ensure your wedding runs smoothly, stays on schedule, and allows you to fully enjoy your special day.
Yes! I plan bridal showers, engagement parties, rehearsal dinners, welcome parties, birthdays, graduations, corporate events, and other special celebrations. I can also provide décor and floral design to create a cohesive look throughout your wedding weekend.
I will be always available but the amount of time depends on the package you select and the level of support you need. We will have scheduled planning meetings, regular check-ins, and communication by email or phone. As the wedding approaches, we will spend more time finalizing vendors, timelines, décor, and logistics. I make myself available to answer questions and help prevent planning gaps throughout the process.
I never schedule more than one wedding on the same day. My priority is to give each couple the attention and support they deserve. I may accept another event during the same weekend only when the schedules, locations, and staffing allow me to provide the same high level of service to every client.
