Jenya was extremely reliable and reasonable throughout our process. There was not a single logistical detail that was missed or not immediately rectified. Jenya always remained on top of communication and we felt she went above and beyond our expectations. Jenya remained flexible as our welcome party evolved and executed it with ease to our vision. We were an excellent match and did not feel any pressure to spend beyond our comfort level or pushed into an event that was not what we envisioned. Jenya is an absolute gem and we hope everyone will hire her and her team for perfect execution of the best day of their lives!

We highly recommend jenya! We had a vision that required a lot of complicated logistics: involving a unique venue that doesn’t usually host weddings, managing unexpected weather, and a limited timeline - she was a crucial part of our team and helped bring it all together. In the planning phase, she answered all of our questions and provided suggestions and feedback when we were looking for guidance (especially with ceremony/reception sequence and transporting decorations). Not to mention she was willing to adapt to the way that we wanted to work together. Jenya was calm, cool and collected while planning and through the wedding weekend which helped put as at ease and give us confidence that we would be able to reliably execute our vision. Her and her team were wonderful day of - they made it worry free and we didn’t have to think twice about everything staying on track. They were a hidden presence but their impact was evident - they helped set up the decorations and kept everything on schedule If she’s available you definitely should book her!

I absolutely adore Norman Weddings & Events. We hired Jenya for wedding design and day-of coordination, and I would absolutely hire her and her team again. I felt overwhelmed by the design process and honestly didn't know where to start. Jenya was incredibly patient, listened to my thoughts as they developed, and helped turn them into a cohesive vision that felt like us. At one point, I panicked that some choices I was making were throwing our color scheme off completely. She reassured me, made a few tweaks, and visually showed me how everything could still work together. She also managed our floral vendor from sourcing and pricing to logistics, which was a huge help. What I appreciated most about Jenya was her honesty. She helped us find places to save money, was candid about where our budget would have the most impact, and gave advice without ever making decisions for us. She also guided me toward a first look by explaining the tradeoffs, and it was absolutely the right choice with everything I wanted for the day. Violetta was our day-of coordinator and was fantastic. I saw almost none of what she was doing behind the scenes, but everything ran smoothly. She was constantly thinking ahead, down to noticing that my maid of honor had changed seats and needed to eat before giving her speech, so she adjusted the buffet order to make it happen. The best compliment I can give them is that I genuinely felt like a guest at my own wedding. I was able to relax, be present, and have fun because I knew everything was handled. I've been to plenty of weddings and thought I understood how they worked, but I couldn't have pulled ours together without Jenya and Violetta. If you're looking for someone to help shape your vision, give you honest guidance, and make sure you can actually enjoy your wedding day, I can't recommend them enough.

Jenya was an amazing day-of coordinator that made my wedding experience less stressful and the day of my wedding go seamlessly. She was willing to meet with me a few times leading up to the wedding to ensure she understood my vision, provided her expertise and advice, but still allowed me to make decisions that were best for me. She did a great job leading our rehearsal practice and was very professional. Her and her assistants did an amazing job the day of the wedding setting up the decorations and ensuring the day went smoothly from beginning to end, with minimal oversight from me and executed my vision flawlessly. I highly recommended hiring Jenya if you are looking for a wedding planner or coordinator!
