Katie is a lifesaver. As someone who has a Type A personality, I never thought I needed a wedding planner until I met Katie. She stays cool under pressure and executes flawlessly. On my wedding day, my wedding dress had a complicated zipper and bustle that left my mom and sister completely stumped (despite them both attending my dress fittings and try-ons and plenty of practice). Right as stress levels spiked, Katie stepped in, handled it effortlessly, and essentially saved the day as we were slowly becoming behind schedule. Fortunately, she kept us on time and we arrived to the church ceremony without issues! She goes above and beyond ways you won’t even realize, especially on the wedding day. When our venue’s maitre d’ was too busy to distribute vendor payments and tips during the reception, Katie took over and ensured everyone single vendor was paid on time and properly. Having her there meant I could completely relax and enjoy my night as a bride. She is worth her weight in gold and worth every penny!!!

Katie planned my bachelorette weekend and it was one of the best parts of my entire wedding process! A house for 15+ people, private chef dinner, and full day winery tour with party bus went off without a hitch. She brings a high level of professionalism and is extremely thorough and communicative. She’ll think of things you need before you do! Logistics aside, she brings a fun and positive energy wherever she goes and will always have your best interests in mind.
