    Disappointing experience

    Unfortunately, our wedding coordination experience was extremely disappointing. Several important details were missed, and my husband, family, and other vendors had to step in and handle responsibilities that should have been handled by the coordinator. The lack of communication and professionalism was especially upsetting. At the end of the night, despite providing packing lists and repeatedly asking if everything had been accounted for, I was left supervising the packing myself. We later discovered missing and damaged items. We hired a coordinator so we could enjoy our wedding day, not manage the coordination ourselves. Unfortunately, this was not the level of service we paid for.
