Caitlynn founded Planning With Pedana in 2021, inspired by her own wedding experience. With a background in planning, coordinating, leadership and management, Caitlynn is passionate about delivering a unique and unforgettable wedding planning experience. Known for her energetic and enthusiastic attitude, Caitlynn's top priority is clear communiction, listening closely to her clients' desires, and executing a seamless, stress-free day that allow couples to focus on what truly matters: celebrating their love. She's committed to creating weddings as unique as the love stories behind them.

It's Caitlynn of NO ONE! LOL!
Working with Caitlynn was a game-changer for our wedding day. Caitlynn brought a level of efficiency and knowledge to every detail that gave us real peace of mind throughout the planning process. What really stood out was her patience with us—there were moments I got overwhelmed and even physically sick, and she didn't just handle logistics, she actually read my cues and quietly removed me from situations that weren't working. Caitlynn is AMAZING!!! She was my day of coordinator for my wedding and made the day so easy and enjoyable for me… She did all I could ask for and more even leading up to the day itself. I can’t imagine how the day would’ve gone if I hadn’t had her, I’m so glad I did she went above and beyond
