Vanessa just coordinated my wedding and did a great job. She took a lot of stress off my husband and I in the planning stages and day of I didn’t need to stress about timlines at all. I just focused on having fun. I chose the middle of Vanessa’s 3 tiers and for me that meant I vetted and booked all my vendors myself (15-10 months prior), then 2-3 months prior to the wedding Vanessa got engaged, joining me on final vendor calls, creating detailed timelines with me and reaching out to vendors on my behalf. However, Vanessa did gladly provide recommendations on vendors so my florist and makeup artist were from Vanessa’s recommendations and were both fantastic. Can’t recommend her enough!

She listened to our vision of a dream wedding and brought it to fruition. When we faced a last-minute venue change beyond our control, she communicated effectively with the property manager, visited the new site with my husband, and conducted another visit with our catering company. Vanessa's professionalism and dedication are highly appreciated. On the day of the wedding, Vanessa and her team were diligent and attentive from start to finish. They ensured everything ran smoothly, calmed our nerves, kept us on schedule, helped clean up the site, managed an Amazon return my husband had left behind, and upheld her commitment by allowing us to focus on our union. Our guests also remarked on how Vanessa was attentive, checked on their well-being, and took great care of our bridal party. Vanessa and her team are remarkable, and I highly recommend her services.
