    We had the pleasure of working with Rachel for our June 2025 wedding and she was a great asset to our special day. Particularly her attention to detail, memory of what was important to us, the timeline, and presenting ideas big and small that were necessary to remember on our big day. Rachel is also very considerate and friendly so it made us feel more comfortable having a friendly face help us during stressful or overwhelming movements during planning and on the big day. We would use her services for planning events again in the future!

    Rachel exceeded our expectations in every way! She was with us from the start of our 2-year-long wedding planning journey and was consistent the whole way through! Whether she was recommending venues, vendors, or stylistic choices, she was quick, responsive, and clearly did her research! She made herself available to attend meetings with us and asked questions of vendors that we did not think of ourselves, which made her invaluable to have around! She handled all communication with vendors and prospective vendors on our behalf so that we could focus on other details. I plan weddings, dinner parties, proposals, and all kinds of meaningful events that matter. Whether it’s something intimate or full-scale, I’ll bring your vision to life in a way that feels personal and true to you. I also offer day-of and à la carte wedding coordination, along with event design services. If you’ve handled most of the planning but want extra support on the day, I’ll step in to oversee the flow and manage any last-minute details. Beforehand, I take the time to understand your plans so everything runs seamlessly from start to finish.
While based in Connecticut, I plan and coordinate events across the East Coast and have worked on weddings as far as Washington, D.C. I am happy to travel for select events and will discuss all associated costs, including accommodations and transportation.
For full-scale weddings, events, and design planning, I recommend reaching out 12 to 24 months in advance. For day-of or smaller events, 9 months ahead is ideal. If your event is sooner, don’t hesitate to reach out. If I’m available, and depending on the scope of services, I’d be happy to help whenever possible.
Yes! Every event is different, so I’ll create a proposal based on your needs, your vision, and the level of support you’re looking for. Wedding service pricing is based on a percentage of your budget, while all other offerings have a starting price. I love creating events that feel elevated, memorable, and truly extraordinary, with a touch of outside-the-box thinking.
Yes! I specialize in layout and styling details to ensure your space feels intentional, cohesive, and aligned with your overall vision. I create design boards for the overall event and also offer the creation of custom stationery, bringing all the visual elements together. I enjoy the creative side of events and use this expertise to make sure you’re ecstatic with the final result.
Absolutely! I’m happy to work with your existing vendors and can also recommend trusted professionals to complement the team you’ve already booked.
For weddings, I’m available to assist with next-day setup or to coordinate a brunch the following day, either at a venue or at the hotel where you and your guests are staying. I can also personally gather florals or other items from your wedding and deliver them to the venue or hotel for the brunch. Both services are available for an additional fee, to be agreed upon in advance.
I specialize in crafting personalized details that reflect your style and story, from custom signage and invitations to menu cards, painted table runners, curated table settings, and unique lounge setups. Additional bespoke décor elements can be discussed, with pricing adjusted based on the scope of the request. For elements requiring specialized expertise beyond my scope, I coordinate with trusted professionals to ensure your vision is executed flawlessly, beautifully, and within your budget.
Custom décor pricing is based on the cost of materials, labor, and sourcing, with 40% of the subtotal applied as my service fee for designing, coordinating, and setting up the elements. I provide clear estimates and include all costs in your proposal, so there are no surprises.
For full wedding planning and design, I charge 15% of the total wedding budget, with budgets starting at $40,000. I recommend setting aside a 10–15% contingency fund to ensure there’s flexibility for any additions or adjustments along the way.

Yes! If your venue does not provide a rehearsal, I offer rehearsal coordination for an additional fee. If a rehearsal is provided by the venue, I will still be there to assist as needed and ensure everything runs smoothly.
