Working with Katie at Remarkable Moments, LLC was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From our first conversation, she was thoughtful and professional, and you could tell she genuinely cared about making our day special. Katie kept us calm throughout the planning process with her detailed communication, and on the wedding day itself, she handled every little problem that popped up so we could actually enjoy ourselves. I have had the pleasure of being in the bridal party of not one but TWO weddings coordinated by Remarkable Moments. Looking for a wedding planner? YOU HAVE FOUND YOUR GIRL!! Katie is absolutely fantastic. Not only is she beyond organized, she has a laundry list of great vendor recommendations and she is very schedule oriented, a NEED for any wedding or event. Katie made sure each day went perfectly and she is such a joy to be around!! Katie knows this industry VERY well, and her business will go above and beyond to make your day special and memorable!!

Katie is absolutely the BEST wedding planner EVER! She made our wedding so memorable, special and beautiful! During the planning, she made me feel like our wedding was as important to her as it was to us! On the days leading up to our wedding day, Katie carefully planned, arranged and prepared with our vendors to ensure each detail was meticulously cared for! The weather didn’t cooperate for an outside ceremony, so Katie quickly ensured it was moved inside to the reception area. She used the decorations and instructions I provided for each, and made sure the room was a beautiful and stunning place for our wedding!
