    Hire the Planner!! (Aka Ros&Co!!)

    Cassie is UNREAL. My husband and I hired Cassie for partial planning over a year before our wedding in September 2026. I am a very stressed, Type A type of person, but when I saw the tasks for a wedding, I knew I needed someone to help me through planning. She meets with you monthly leading up to the wedding (more if needed) and gives an outline of tasks needed to be done by certain dates. She has an amazing list of vendors within a range of budgets - from dance lessons to cakes to florals (even helped us find a honeymoon travel company thanks to a previous client!). She was in contact with all of our vendors, which took so much stress off my shoulders, especially since I have a stressful job. When a bakery told us they could accommodate an allergy, and then went back on their promises, Cassie reached out to her vendors she knew and trusted until we found a solution. Her reassurance and calmness during stressful meetings made the wedding planning experience much more manageable and fun. She came with me to the final meeting at Glen Magna Farms about a month prior to the wedding and had copies of the table arrangements and set up of our day. She made sure all of the vendor forms were filled out on time and delivered them to the venue. Fast forward to the wedding day - it was going to rain and it was an outdoor ceremony. Cassie did everything in her power to try to come up with a way to have the ceremony outdoors (not under a tent) in case it rained. Thankfully, the rain held out and we had a perfect day, but Cassie was willing to do anything to help us achieve our dream. She handled everything the day of the wedding, and helped pack up my car afterwards. I'll also add - when there was a stain on my dress prior to the ceremony, Cassie was LITERALLY on her hands and knees trying to get it out (which she did, by the way). If there is one vendor you decide to splurge on, please let it be the planner, more specifically Ros&Co. You will be thanking yourself that you did, during the entire wedding planning process.

    So Grateful for Cassie - A Must Have Service

    We couldn’t recommend Cassie more highly! She was incredibly organized and helped us manage vendor meetings in the weeks leading up to the wedding. On the day of, she kept everything running smoothly and made sure we had time to eat, take a breath, and actually enjoy the day together. She made everything feel effortless and allowed us to truly be present. We’re so grateful for her and would absolutely recommend her!

    THE BEST! I cannot recommend enough!

    I hired Ros&Co for day-of coordination for my wedding at Cliff House Maine. I originally wasn’t planning on using coordination services, but as my wedding got closer and closer, I realized how important it would be to have someone to help finalize all the details with the numerous vendors and designs I had planned. I really just wanted to be able to actually enjoy my wedding day and not have to worry about all the little details, and Cassie made that completely possible. She handled everything impeccably leading up to the wedding day, and I cannot express how relaxed I felt on my wedding day knowing that she was there and had EVERYTHING covered. Even my husband, who initially wasn’t convinced that we even needed a coordinator, mentioned so many times how happy he was that we had Cassie there! From the beginning, Cassie was kind, organized, calm, and just so easy to work with. I cannot recommend enough!

    Wedding Couple

    Cassie was a life saver! My partner and I were completely lost when it came to planning our wedding, but she made the whole process to easy and fun. She kept track of everything, made incredible suggestions about how to make the event feel more like us, and soothed our anxieties by communicating consistently and clearly with us. I was so nervous about the whole process, but our wedding was so much more beautiful than I could've ever imagined. She was absolutely the best decision we made when planning this wedding. I highly recommend Ros&Co!

    HIRE CASSIE!

    Hiring Cassie as our wedding planner was easily one of the BEST decisions we made for our wedding! Even as a very Type A bride, it was so nice having Cassie alongside us throughout the entire planning process. From day one, she was incredibly organized and helpful with everything from venue and vendor options to outreach and communication. Having someone handle so much of that behind the scenes was SO helpful, and it was even better knowing we were working with someone who is an expert in the industry!! Cassie is responsive, a problem solver, and so sweet. She made the planning process feel so much less overwhelming. On the actual wedding day, she was just as incredible. She handled all of the little details, kept everything running smoothly, and made sure we never had to worry about what was happening behind the scenes. We were able to be completely present and enjoy every second of our day because we knew Cassie had everything under control!! We truly cannot recommend Cassie enough. By the end of the wedding, Cassie felt like a friend, and we are so grateful she was part of our wedding! We will miss her!!!

My personal style can best be described as moody-boho chic. I’m drawn to dark, earthy and neutral tones layered with natural textures like rattan, linen, jute and raw wood. My vibe is romantic and raw with understated elegance and a little bit of edge.
I start by getting to know you; your story, what matters most, and how you want to feel on your wedding day and how you want your guests to feel. Weddings should reflect who you are as a couple, not just check boxes on a to-do list. From there, we build a foundation: guest list and budget come first, followed by an extensive checklist broken down month by month with clear responsibilities. We’ll meet regularly to make decisions and keep things moving forward. My philosophy is simple: if we chip away at the planning each month, by the time your wedding arrives you’ll feel prepared, confident, and free to enjoy the celebration.
My first priority is always to remind my couples that I’m on their side. I’m there to advocate for you and make things right. From there, I take a deep breath, gather the facts, and come up with a plan.
No! If you book Ros&Co for full or partial planning, I’m personally with you every step of the way. On the wedding day, I bring along 1–3 assistants to ensure that setup and guest experience run seamlessly. For day-of coordination, you’ll be paired with a Lead Coordinator (sometimes that’s me!) plus 1–2 assistants, so you’ll always have a team making sure everything goes smoothly.
