    HIRE CASSIE!

    Hiring Cassie as our wedding planner was easily one of the BEST decisions we made for our wedding! Even as a very Type A bride, it was so nice having Cassie alongside us throughout the entire planning process. From day one, she was incredibly organized and helpful with everything from venue and vendor options to outreach and communication. Having someone handle so much of that behind the scenes was SO helpful, and it was even better knowing we were working with someone who is an expert in the industry!! Cassie is responsive, a problem solver, and so sweet. She made the planning process feel so much less overwhelming. On the actual wedding day, she was just as incredible. She handled all of the little details, kept everything running smoothly, and made sure we never had to worry about what was happening behind the scenes. We were able to be completely present and enjoy every second of our day because we knew Cassie had everything under control!! We truly cannot recommend Cassie enough. By the end of the wedding, Cassie felt like a friend, and we are so grateful she was part of our wedding! We will miss her!!!

    Hire Cassie!!!

    Cassie and her team were absolutely incredible throughout our entire wedding planning process and on our wedding day on July 18th! From the start of working with Cassie about 3 months before our wedding, she was such a valuable resource. She joined vendor calls, answered countless questions, provided thoughtful guidance, and helped us navigate so many decisions along the way. Cassie always made us feel supported, informed, and confident that everything was coming together exactly as it should. When our wedding day arrived, I truly don’t know how we would have gotten through it without her. From the moment the day began, she was on top of every detail—keeping us on schedule, coordinating with vendors, and making sure everyone was exactly where they needed to be, exactly when they needed to be there. Cassie and her team also did an amazing job setting up all of the décor we brought. When I walked into the reception space for the first time, everything looked perfect. It was exactly how I would have envisioned and arranged it myself. The greatest part of working with Cassie, was that she allowed us to fully relax and be present on our wedding day. I never once had to worry about the logistics happening behind the scenes because I knew she had everything under control. That peace of mind allowed us to truly enjoy every moment with our family and friends. Now that my husband and I have had some time to reflect on our wedding, we keep finding ourselves talking about how amazing Cassie and her team were. We feel so grateful that we found Ros&Co. Without a doubt, they played one of the biggest roles in making our wedding day such a success and ensuring everything ran seamlessly.     You will truly not regret hiring Ros&Co. Yes, they made it easy to organize everything. Yes, they saved us money in key areas. Yes, they helped elevate our design choices.     Couldn't have happened without Cassie

    We wouldn't have had the perfect wedding day that we had without Cassie. From our first conversation, Cassie kept us on track with clear timelines and checkpoints that made everything feel manageable. She wasn't afraid to speak up when they saw a better way to do something, and they advocated hard for our vision while making sure we stayed within budget when speaking with vendors and our venue. The level of detail they brought to every decision, from vendor coordination to day-of logistics, allowed for a perfect wedding day. I can't recommend Ros&Co Weddings enough to couples who want planners that are straightforward, detail-focused, and truly invested in making their day special.

    Best investment!

    Working with Ros&Co was so easy and allowed me to be SO present on my wedding day. Cassie was kind and organized and kept things in line and on schedule in a respectful and non-pushy way. She completely understood our vision and our desired experience and went above and beyond to execute! We worked with her for day-of coordination but the value went way beyond just the day. Thank you Cassie and team for making our wedding day the happiest and least stressful day ever!

My personal style can best be described as moody-boho chic. I’m drawn to dark, earthy and neutral tones layered with natural textures like rattan, linen, jute and raw wood. My vibe is romantic and raw with understated elegance and a little bit of edge.
I start by getting to know you; your story, what matters most, and how you want to feel on your wedding day and how you want your guests to feel. Weddings should reflect who you are as a couple, not just check boxes on a to-do list. From there, we build a foundation: guest list and budget come first, followed by an extensive checklist broken down month by month with clear responsibilities. We’ll meet regularly to make decisions and keep things moving forward. My philosophy is simple: if we chip away at the planning each month, by the time your wedding arrives you’ll feel prepared, confident, and free to enjoy the celebration.
My first priority is always to remind my couples that I’m on their side. I’m there to advocate for you and make things right. From there, I take a deep breath, gather the facts, and come up with a plan.
No! If you book Ros&Co for full or partial planning, I’m personally with you every step of the way. On the wedding day, I bring along 1–3 assistants to ensure that setup and guest experience run seamlessly. For day-of coordination, you’ll be paired with a Lead Coordinator (sometimes that’s me!) plus 1–2 assistants, so you’ll always have a team making sure everything goes smoothly.
