Within my professional career, I have had the privilege to travel to some amazing places and have had the opportunity to plan and work with a variety of events. Even going way back to college I helped organize an unlimited amount of events and even helped the years below be on their proms! I can easily say it has always been such a fun hobby that I truly enjoyed. Now, with many different jobs tried out I can confidently say, I have found my niche.

We tailor packages according to your specific needs as a couple, focusing on day-of coordination to guarantee a seamless wedding day. We can also cover setup, breakdown, and virtual planning consultations, we aim to ensure you feel confident throughout the planning process. Our team is dedicated to bringing your vision to reality. Cliona and her team are a dream
I wasn't sure if I wanted to book a day-of coordinator at first (I tend to be a pretty organized person/proactive planner). That said, my intro call with Cliona immediately put me at ease and I knew I wanted her there to help my husband and I through the day. She made everything easier - and her team was also top notch. When my friend accidentally spilled wine on my dress, one of Cliona's team members was whipping out tide wipes and working with the bartender to spray seltzer on it before I could even blink. Everything was planned out and set up even better than I imagined it, and at the end of the night, everything was packed up before we even knew it! If you're hesitant, or are looking for a team who will keep you at ease and who brings a very calm energy to the day - Sea Breeze is that team.

Hiring Cliona as our day of coordinator was one of the best decisions! She has so much experience and really kept the day running smoothly. She was so helpful with timeline planning, supply transport, and coordinating with all the other vendors. We really had no worries on the actual day because her team handled them all quickly and effortlessly. They even went above and beyond in helping us problem solve and get some supplies back to the hotel. Would definitely recommend Cliona to anyone looking for a coordinator!

Made our day stress-free
From the moment we first spoke with Sea Breeze Events, we knew we were in good hands. We hired Cliona to help with day of coordination on our wedding day. Cliona’s communication style and overall vibe fit us so well, being very easy-going yet also unafraid to take charge, keeping a calm demeanor that helped us feel the same way throughout the entire day. She and her assistant were incredibly organized, ready to tackle any issue, and thoroughly professional. They kept all of our vendors and ourselves informed and on track, handling any problems that came up without causing us any added stress. Everything went so smoothly and Cliona even took care of things day-of that we had forgotten to discuss with her. She truly just took care of it all and we are so grateful we were able to work with her! Thank you, Cliona!!

I'd recommend Cliona to anyone, no hesitation!
Working with Sea Breeze Events was the single best decision we made in the wedding planning process. Cliona, the owner, is truly extraordinary. I would recommend her to anyone, without hesitation. I wish I could give more than 5 stars! We worked with Sea Breeze Events for Day of Coordination for our wedding on May 3, 2025, but what Cliona delivered went far beyond anything I could have expected. Her meticulous attention to detail, calming presence, and unwavering support made the entire experience seamless, joyful, and completely stress-free. The second we hired Cliona, she dove in head first! From the moment we started working together, Cliona was incredibly responsive, often replying to my texts within minutes, even late at night or early in the morning. Throughout the planning process, she made sure I felt empowered, supported, and heard. She never let anyone, vendors included, dictate how things should go. She was a fierce advocate for what I wanted, and I felt so taken care of because of it. On the wedding day, Cliona was with us from early in the morning until late at night, when she delivered our guest book, family photos and other decor items back to our house. I didn’t lift a finger. Everything ran flawlessly, and I genuinely believe that’s because of Cliona and her amazing team. I later found out that one of my bridesmaid’s dresses broke the morning of the wedding, and I had no idea, because Cliona quietly had it tailored and fixed within 45 minutes without anyone missing a beat. That’s just who she is: calm in chaos, totally capable, and always five steps ahead. She worked closely with our venue to ensure everything looked perfect, collaborated with our photographer to make sure we got every shot we wanted, kept our entire wedding party (and family!) on schedule, and brought a full team with her to manage every last detail down to steaming dresses so everything looked perfect. And more than anything, she genuinely cared about how I was feeling. She checked in with me frequently to make sure I felt calm and happy, and showed up with so much warmth and grace. Cliona doesn’t just do her job, she lives it. She feels like a friend, someone you can trust completely, and someone who will go above and beyond to make your wedding day perfect. I feel so lucky to have had Cliona on our wedding day! If you're getting married in the Newport area, Cliona/Sea Breeze Events is absolutely the way to go!

Cliona is the BEST!!!
Cliona was SO helpful on our big day (5/31/25) as well as the weeks leading up to our wedding! She knew all the questions to ask our venue, catering, and other vendors. She joined our final calls with our venue to make sure we were all on the same page. She helped create a reasonable timeline and made sure we, and our vendors, stayed to it. She also solved any issue that came up on the day of and prioritized making sure we had a great time. She also made sure we had some moments of privacy to ourselves, which was amazing. Cliona was such a calming and reassuring presence throughout our wedding planning and on the day of. We truly can’t recommend her enough! Even when it was pouring rain, and the wind was blowing 30mph right before the ceremony, she had us calm, relaxed, and excited for our outdoor wedding. And she was right, the sun came out just in time! She had our guests and family organized perfectly for the ceremony and processional, so all my husband and I had to do was walk and take in the moment. At the end of the night Cliona and her team made sure all of our belongings, decor, flowers, cake, and gifts made it home, and my husband I were free to jump on the trolley to the afterparty with our friends. priceless!! If you want a stress free wedding day, Cliona is the way to go!
