    Hire Shaymah now (seriously)

    Shaymah was recommended to us by our venue contact with the sentence "If I'm Type A, then Shaymah is type triple A." She is, and it make her an exceptional wedding coordinator. Shaymah is the more extraordinarily organized person I have ever worked with. The hardest part for us in planning a wedding was knowing the scope of the little things that make the day special and seamless. She comes to the table with an unbelievable spreadsheet of all these things so if you're like us and haven't thought about where to put cards or when and how guests look for their table assignments and what that means for chart placement, she is your girl. She will also run with whatever out-of-the-box ideas you have too and help you make them a reality (in our case, catering from three separate restaurants arriving at different times on both sides of the ceremony). Moreover, she brings infectious joy to the whole process. I think any good wedding coordinator makes you feel like there are no logistics happening around you on the day. It's someone special who also makes you feel cared for and celebrated. Seriously, why are you still reading this. Hire her. You won't regret it.

    A Great Choice

    Shaymah was amazing! We had a tight setup window and held our ceremony in a public space, which adds additional challenges and she handled everything perfectly. She’s extremely organized, detail‑oriented, and thought of things we never would have considered. We almost didn’t hire a coordinator, but after meeting her, we knew we absolutely needed her to help us execute all our plans. Our day was flawless thanks to her. Thank you, Shaymah!

    We were so happy Shaymah came on board!

    We were so happy Shaymah came on board for our special day! I was able to hand everything off to her and knew I wouldn't have to stress a bit. She really took charge, got everyone organized, and was responsive and helpful during our entire process, including showing up to our rehearsal dinner and meeting everyone beforehand. She also added some great touches to our wedding that I would have never thought of which greatly improved our experience. I am not sure we could have pulled it off without her! Thank you again!
