Day of Coordinator is a must, Darshan is the best!

Darshan was absolutely amazing to work with and truly one of my favorite vendors from our entire wedding! I cannot recommend him enough. He went above and beyond what I expected from a day-of coordinator and made such a huge difference in how much my family and I were actually able to relax and enjoy the wedding. Even in the month leading up to the wedding, Darshan took so many things off my plate. He helped with little details that I otherwise would have been scrambling to handle myself, including getting our programs, cards, photos, and other items printed. He also took over communication and coordination with all of my vendors, which was such a relief and allowed me to actually enjoy the final weeks before the wedding instead of constantly managing logistics. On the wedding day itself, he was incredible. There were inevitably little fires and last-minute changes that came up, and Darshan handled them without making them my or my family’s problem. He was extremely flexible, involved, and willing to make adjustments on the spot to keep everything running smoothly. I know that without him, my wedding day would have felt significantly more chaotic. Instead, I was able to be present and enjoy everything because I knew he was handling things behind the scenes. He also ended up taking on a lot of the MCing throughout the reception, and he was SO good at it! He made everything fun and engaging, kept the energy up, and did a great job getting our guests involved. It felt natural rather than forced, and he really helped make the reception feel lively and memorable. If you’re a future bride debating whether you need a day-of coordinator, I genuinely think it should be considered a must-have vendor, and I especially recommend Darshan. There are so many things that happen behind the scenes on a wedding day that you don’t realize until you’re in the middle of it, and having someone you trust to take ownership of those details is invaluable. Darshan took so much stress off of me and my family, and I truly don’t think our wedding experience would have been the same without him. Hiring him was easily one of the best decisions we made for our wedding!

There are truly not enough words to describe what Darshan means to us and how much of our wedding’s beauty, joy, and peace came from him. When we think back on our wedding journey, one of the biggest blessings in it was finding Darshan and the ShubhMangal Events team. We were able to look around, hold each other’s hands, laugh with our families, cry happy tears, and actually live in every moment without worrying about a single thing. That gift is something we will carry with us forever, and it was only possible because Darshan poured so much of himself into making our day special. What makes Darshan unforgettable is not just his talent or professionalism — though he has both in abundance — it’s the kind of person he is. He has the rare ability to make people feel safe, celebrated, understood, and important during one of the most emotional times of their lives. You can feel how deeply he cares in everything he does. Years from now, when we look back at our wedding, we will remember the love, the happiness, and the feeling of being surrounded by people who truly wanted the best for us.
